The cleaning lady was opening the rooms to clean in the mornings and it wasn’t really ok especially after the night out 😂

Aircon was weak in our room, could hear it but made no difference to temperature of the room, we struggled with this but it was a brief 2 night stay so we pereseverd. it would of been an issue if we was to be there any longer though.

Perfect location, friendly staff, chilled out atmosphere but also only a stones throw from all the bars and nightlife so its the best of both worlds.

Ultra thin walls/door. You can hear the guest next to you. The cleaning lady comes around 9-10h knocking at doors way too loud. You can hear every time somebody closes their door. No amenities in the room, just a bar of soap and shampoo/shower gel in the shower. No slippers, body lotion, conditioner..etc Beware not to get the disabled’s room..its awful.

Great location! Not too far from the clubs but right next to the beach (there’s an elevator). Comfortable bed. Great little terrace with view of the ocean. Nice breakfast! Gluten free warm bread on request. The allergens are labeled at the buffet which is awesome.

My room always had dirty floors even after the cleaning staff being there. I used my bath mat to go from the bathroom to the centre of the room and it always came up dirty. Even though I understand the why, breakfast should start a little early (7:00/7:30)

All the staff was very lovely and the gym was open at 7am which was great for working out before having breakfast :) They also gave us pool/beach towels in case we didn’t have any

The housekeeping wss not the best. Each time they came in they did the bed differently. The WiFi was non existent. Even after informing reception, there was no improvement

Just one coffee machine for dozens of guests, always had a queue, they should provide at least one more coffee machine or filtered coffee. It can be a bit noisy as you can hear very well from other apartments

On the first couple of days there, the air-conditioning for the full hotel wasn't available and still on heating mode (1st and 2nd May) on request of Manager, but this was rectified after 2nd day, we could access the air-conditioning and rooms were nice and cool over night, much needed for Scottish rugby players in our party.

A very nice hotel, a perfect location with great views. The staff were all really friendly and working hard. I really enjoyed the facilities and the pool. I really liked how the room keys were bands on the wrist. Fridges in the rooms too.

I had issues 3 days running with the shower room flooding and leaking coming from the bathroom above. As I was on the 1st floor (just above the kitchen) I was wakened early (6AM) every morning with the loading noises coming from setting up for breakfast.

I loved the location, the access to the beach and the wonderful breakfast that was included. I would stay again based on the above.

We were there with my friend in October. It is great time after main season. All services were very good. We came in midnight and man was waiting for us in reception. Personal are friendly and helpfull. We loved breakfast and dinner. We can choose from a lot of options (eggs, pancakes, pastry, fruit, youghurt etc. for breakfast and seafood, pasta, potatoes, pizza, salad and sweet bar etc. for dinner). Everything was so delicious.

Breakfast was average enough overall, although the location was good be wary that it’s on top of a massive hill.

Staff were nice, location was good, lovely views of the beach and the lift to the beach a nice touch.
