United KingdomCould do with a bar facility at the far end of the garden for guests a little less able to take stairs or walk to the opposite end of the garden where the two available daytime bars were.
The quality of food and options available were consistently excellent particularly given the number of guests being catered for. Staff consistently excellent throughout. Always friendly and helpful - a credit to the hotel. Even though the hotel was busy, it was spacious enough that it never felt over-crowded. The gym was properly equipped and not simply a box-tick like many hotel gyms.

United KingdomDrinks service was often very slow particularly in the restaurant. Whilst there was a reasonable choice of food (dinner was better than lunch) it wasn’t very hot. The piano bar wasn’t big enough for the number of guests to have a drink after dinner and often there was no seats in the reception adjoining area. The area downstairs by the restaurant was a bit soulless. In warmer weather when you could sit outside I’m sure it would be better. The gym would be better with air conditioning.
The rooms were very good, spacious with a comfortable bed, excellent shower and immaculately clean. The cleaning lady (Ana) was very good. The pool area was very clean and well maintained. A good size gym with sufficient equipment. There were no sun bed wars as there were always plenty spare around the pools.
