    Location is good

What I didn’t like was there aircon didn’t work well the room where we stay is very hot not well ventilated.

The room was in desperate need of refurbishment. The shower head was filthy, and the blind was held together with a cable tie. In reception, there were buckets collecting water—presumably from a leaking or broken air conditioning system.

    Nothing

    Breakfast was good

Needs updating very tired Had to ask constantly for loo roll, towels, filing up of soap dispensers Flooding in lobby so bucket with water around it all the time: safety hazard Air con broken in our room: flooding and damp . Another guest told me they had been staying in our room and had complained and were moved. They still put us in there even though they knew it was damp and leaking !! Language skills of hotel staff poor. Very little English spoken.

    Room was comfy

Not a four star hotel. Dated. All walls were scuffed, flooring starting to lift. In Breakfast room area was seated beside very dirty area. Parking underground extremely badly maintained.

    The staff was extremely helpful

The hotel is run down. Chipping paint, trim That was falling off the wall, cracked tiles. The pictures on booking.com are misleading. It’s obvious that the hotel is not trying to repair items

The Hotel is just few minutes walk from Burgos city center. Rooms are very big and spacious, also very clean. Staff very professional. Lovely breakfast!

Maybe furniture need a little renewal

The room itself wasn’t too bad and the breakfast was very nice with a good selection of breads, meat, juices etc. the staff were helpful in helping us find somewhere open for food and overall very helpful and friendly. We were on,y using this as a stopover so cannot comment further on location etc for the town.

Check in was slow due to on,y one person having to do it. Once I was seen the staff member was very friendly and helpful. The car parking was a bit of a problem. You have to drive away from the hotel and then find the small entrance. It looks quite run down, the door covered in graffiti and the garage itself was very dark. I would have felt quite uncomfortable had I been a lone female. There was a problem with exiting the garage, the door was broken and awaiting repair which meant having to walk around the building to get back into the hotel.

Very good breakfast but limited hot choices. Very clean and the bed was very comfy.

Hotel and room felt a bit 'tired'. Would not guarantee garage space until arrival. we were on floor 9 and there were a lot of noisy neighbours coming back to the hotel at 2am.
