The apartment was situated in such a beautiful area of El Born. Right in the heart of it all. Easy to find, the apartment was very clean, well laid out, and spacious enough for just myself. Everything was as advertised, and it felt very safe and comfortable. I would 100% recommend and I will be returning as soon as possible! Big thank you to the Staff aswell who's helpfulness and communication was fantastic (Thank you!)

I stayed in the apartment with the terrace. It's absolutely beautiful. Great location and everything you need for a city break. Clean with air con. Staff were lovely and always there to help 24/7 if needed. You can leave your bags with them at the office around the corner if you need to. Would definitely recommend.

The stairs was very steep and dangerous, but that was clearly stated in the description.

We arrived early and left our bags in the office. The proprietor later took our 20kg bag up the very steep stairs to our apartment so we didn't have to return to the office before closing. Really appreciated that.

Be aware that El Born became quite a party place, so it might be noisy at night, especially weekends.

Great location, you're within the El Born, just a few minutes walk to the Gothic Quarter, and near the train station. Even if you won't get the apartment with the big balcony, you still get a mini ones, and there's a big terrace at the top of the building. Great communication from the staff, clear instructions about your stay, checking in, and out. No problems with getting the deposit back. The balcony doors, and windows, are pretty good with cutting the noise.

The only thing we didn’t like were the pillows. They were super thick and we found we didn’t sleep as well as we normally would.

stove takes a while to get going to cook but isn’t every stove always a little different in it’s own way. I think they should add a couple cushions to make the sofa comfier and a bottle opener / corkscrew.

what a great place, up above the El Born streets and the hustle and bustle, quiet with the windows open but lots of places to go and visit downstairs. staff were great the whole way through and the apartment has lots of design features and places to tuck away suitcases etc. the terrace is nice also, it’s up on the roof and has views of the church, sagrada familia in the background. it is up 4 floors of winding stairs, that’s not a problem (glutes got a work out this week) but something to be prepared for. check in is easy and quick. there’s no laundry but there are laundrettes nearby that are clean, cheap and have good dryers.

Bed was too soft and the toilet was a bit smelly. Also very noisy at night so I used my headphones till 3.30am!

The bathroom drain had an awful smell the whole time.

Amazing location! Very charming apartment in the old city. Just note that there is no lift and the spiral staircase is steep and narrow, this was a bit of an issue with the luggage but otherwise fine.

amazing stay and apartment but wouldn’t stay again due to the stairs. very steep and very hard when it is so hot in the summer. otherwise location was amazing, appartement was clean and have what you need to cook and air cond was very nice I got sick during my stayed so I really enjoyed having Netflix on the TV

The 4 flights of very narrow stairs nobody told us about made it very difficult with the luggage. Not enough kitchen towels and cloths No space to dry dishes really
