Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BarbadosBreakfast maybe could have had different options interchanging. The pillow guide was nice but they are all huge and the bed options should have a queen or bigger as it was difficult to sleep as a couple and also hold the large pillow.
Friendly staff, great location. Spa and amenities were nice also. Room was cleaned often and well. Nice breakfast and assorted fruit. Loved the pillow guide. Love how walkable the area is and close to mall!

United KingdomOne of our rooms was an older style with a bathtub but still perfectly comfortable and clean. The hotel decor is a little dark and full of wood. But this was not a problem at all!
Great location to explore Barcelona and go to the beach. Restaurants nearby and rooftop pool with a view. Really lovely staff who were so kind in helping us celebrate occasions with Cava, cake and sweets for children’s bday too. The breakfast was delicious too.

United KingdomSelection of cereals wasn't great, in particular lacked muesli / granola. disliked the glass window between bedroom and bathroom, even with blind pulled down light shone between the two rooms. All light switches were clearly labelled unfortunately one light was controlled solely by the Air Conditioning controller , very odd and we needed to go to reception to find out how to turn the light out. Could have done with a few more loungers by the pool.
Good selection of food at breakfast including very nice fruit. Hotel room was spacious and clean and decor looked reasonably fresh. Didn't use the gym but appeared to be very well equiped.

United KingdomSome little bits of the room could do with a little touch up, few scuff marks here and there, just a couple of bits that could do with a little attention and it would be up too standard! Couple of the light switches needed a little attention too. Also during our stay we had water start to drip through the ceiling from upstairs. To be fair, we let the staff know and they were prompt at helping us, dry up the water and get to the source of the water source. Staff were friendly and helpful considering it was very late at night/early morning. I will say our little leak issue was not the fault of the staff who work there and they did there best at resolving the issue given the circumstances. :)
Very good location especially as it right next to a tram stop! Very good room as we had a suite. Nice size room, with alot of natural light coming in.

Initially, he refused to provide a double bed for us as a couple, only giving in after persistent requests. Such poor service is unacceptable for a hotel aiming for good reviews—guests come to relax, not deal with disrespectful staff.
The hotel is in a good location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

United KingdomThe door knob broke during our stay, it can't be opened from outside, and the staff cannot fix it promptly. The check in process takes too long, we waited 40 minutes in the queue.
The room is very spacious, the toilet facilities are very clean. It's located right next to a tram station.
