Fantastic location. Room very well-equipped. All clean. Aircon makes the room super comfortable in summer. Nice and helpful staffs who let me stay a bit at the lobby resting when I had a late departure train. Fantastic experience.

The location was amazing. Right in Plaza Zocodover. Walking distance to everything. I just find the rooms a little old and outdated. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

A charming hotel in a convenient location, featuring air conditioning and a comfortable bed.

Accessing the bed required ascending three stairs within the hotel room, which felt somewhat inconvenient and awkward.

Location. Near bus station to/from the train station. Front desk staff Alex is excellent. Coffee and tea at front desk.

The shower is too small for a thin adult.

Clean , good location. Parked in Indigo Parking San Miguel, 5 minutes walk away . Hotel looked after our bags until the room was ready.

Requested on booking 2 extra pillows. That was too difficult for the hotel to organise.

Very central location. We parked below old Toledo in the safont parking lot and climbed up to old town via escalator. Very friendly staff. Nice to have coffee as available in the lobby.

The location was very good and made the old town very accessible

Located right close by to all other attractions. Downside is that it was noisy, cars and people late into the night. Otherwise it was interesting looking into their basement that they preserved, and being able to walk a few steps to the main plaza. Love Toledo, of all Spanish cities with the winding streets, small shops and restaurants, beautiful churches and buildings. Just being there was so fun. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Room basic and a bit small but comfortable and clean.

Very good location in the center of Casco Historico, next to plaza zocodover, many shops and restaurants around, walking distance from train station, a block away from mechanical scalator. Friendly and helpful staff, they offer free coffee tea and water and they can keep your luggage after check out if necessary. Overall good value for the money.

the location of the hotel was great, the staff were friendly, the room was kept immaculately clean and gave enough space to walk around in. the bed was comfortable.

the airconditioning/heater was a bit noisy, so I turned it off It was warm enough anyways. it was a bit dark in the room, mostly due to the weather outside

Everything was excellent. Honestly, we were amazed with my partner by the comparison from the pictures and the reality of the hotel. Its a thousand times better. Attention, installments, location and everything was honestly too good to be true. If we ever go back, would definitley be this hotel!

Great location in central Toledo. Comfortable bed, friendly staff. Would stay again!

Heating went off the first night so it got a bit cold. We told reception and it was fine the next night. No heating in the bathroom which was cold.
