Some issues with cleanliness in our room. On the balcony, dirty makeup wipes had been left on the floor. During our week stay, although the maids made the bed every day, they didn't change the bottom sheet at all which meant it felt sandy and bitty. Being tea drinkers, we would have loved the option for a kettle even if we had hire one.

Excellent location in the heart of palmanova, a stones throw from the beach. Our balcony had a partial view of the sea which was a nice bonus. Hotel has a lovely relaxed vibe with cosy lounge areas. Loved that you can pop in and out of the buffet until 1.30pm. Good air con, tv had good choice of English channels and you can also cast from your own device. Staff were very friendly. Pool was nice and well maintained with good number of sun loungers.

Lack of wardrobe space in an already small hotel room. People reserving sunbed (despite signage prohibiting it) when they are blatantly nowhere near pool.area for substantial amounts of time.

Unlimited and wide range of brunch, cleanliness - particularly of pool areas, friendly staff, shaded areas in and outside. Relaxing fa.iloy friendly outside spaces (nice to not have really loud popl-side .music).

Only thing not making it a 10 was the food was slightly repetitive, which is expected, but if more variety each day would have been a 10/10.

Brunch until 1:30pm with unlimited access was brilliant, being able to go for both breakfast snd lunch was a lifesaver and meant we could treat ourselves to nicer dinners in the evening. Rooms were great, cleaned and towels replaced everyday. Reception arranged a taxi for us to the airport quickly and arrived on time. Amazing location too!

The rooms were on the small side but were spotlessly clean. air con included in the price aswell. Also the pool only opens at 11am.

The pool is lovely HOWEVER we had swimmers, towels and shirts (anything white) turn an iridescent yellow. There was a green scum in the pool that they were constantly trying to clean off.

Anytime brunch was perfect for those pool and beach days. The location is perfect. Only a short walk to the beach. The beds were comfy. The staff friendly. The facilities are really handy. They accommodate late flights out really well with free luggage storage, lounge area with lots of sockets, and, of course, the anytime brunch.

The rooms are quite small but manageable!!

The location was amazing, close to so many restaurant, bars, a supermarket beaches and bus stops!! The hotel had amazing air conditioning, the pool was perfect and there was always more than enough sun loungers for everyone. The staff by the pool were always so friendly and helpful!! And Jose in the bar was absolutely fantastic, he was so friendly and polite and extremely helpful! And made the best cocktails 🍹

The room has all the amenities, is spacious and nice and clean, the staff is pleasant and helpful, the best part is the amazing location. Everything can be reached on foot, the amazing beach is just 5 minutes away, if you want to travel - the bus stops are close by, there are many buses running.

If you got to the pool later you could struggle for sunbeds on some days.

Quirky hotel with everything you need. The brunch feature was amazing 8am-1.30pm with no restrictions on how many times you could enter. Nice to see everyone just having little plates rather than overfilling because they knew you could go back. Staff friendly, everything clean, rooms modern.

Paying £50 for a taxi to get there and when I sent a message to the hotel asking them about other options, I did not receive a reply, and as it turns out a bus is 4 euro. There's no fridge in the room and had to pay a deposit for a kettle that had a UK plug
