How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Verified reviewThe location was good, 5 mins walk to the front beach area the hotel was fine , the food and drinks were acceptable and plentiful, we visited in July as a couple, and were happy enough, although there were a few niggles but not enough to complain about, for instance, at most mealtimes we had to search around to find a table, but we always just about managed then we would find the cutlery tray, or coffee machine, or ice cream to be empty, but was replenished a few mins later, the whole hotel seems to be on the brink of failure but somehow scrapes by.
The room was small and badly laid out, the beds were small and of poor quality, I fell out of bed one night, the bath was very small, and had no plug, and the toilet was right in front of the bath so I had to step around the loo to use the shower. the pool area was also badly laid out, so there were never enough sun loungers, but lots of empty chairs and tables in the same area.

Verified reviewWe loved our welcoming, Perfect location, friendly staff, food didn’t disappoint, although ice cream could be served more often as it was really hot.. entertainments in the evenings.
Rooms were not cleaned properly, especially bathroom, Air conditioning didn’t work some times in the room, also in the dining area was too hot at times (air conditioning wasn’t working). Other disappointment was that staff did not manage to handle some English people, so couple of nights we were not able to sleep as there was a loud party full of people next door… on the leaving day we were disappointed the most because staff were not friendly (blunt) we didn’t get packed sandwiches as were promised and staff didn’t let us have coffee in a room before leaving…

Food was fine,had child with me who is beige,fussy eater,most foods were mixed with sauces and veg,I requested nuggets 2 nights from 3 and was told not on menu,something like nuggets/margerita pizza,plain mash could be added to menu and even some plain ice cream. Found air con in room to be poor quality

Verified reviewRooms were clean, shower was great. Great location, beach is 5 min walk away. Lots of free parking around hotel for car hire. All inclusive drinks were very good and available all day and evening.
Food selection is very poor, I appreciate the hotel is not expensive and the food will mirror the cost. However the selection is not good and very repetitive. I also have a allergy to Gluten and multiple times I noticed that the allergen signs above the food were incorrect, after alerting a staff member, she removed the sign and said she would update it. 5 minutes later the same sign was back with no update. Other food was also incorrectly labelled, which lead to be being very ill for 3 days of the holiday due to an allergic reaction. I appreciate I am the one with the allergy, however in my opinion, labelling something as gluten free when it contains pasta is just lazy and very much avoidable. We ate out every night when I was better.

Lack of entertainment in the evenings - however we presume this is due to being right at the end of the season before they close - other guests who had been here previously stated that entertainment was better in height of the season.

Gone way downhill in last 2 years. Dinner served way too late. 7.30 —-9.30. Entertainment shocking. Apartments not very well equipped. No wardrobe space no shelves no chest of drawers no where to put anything.

Verified reviewstaff were all lovely and so friendly, food was good although very repetitive. Liked the fact that towels were taken of beds if no one was on them after an hour.
mattress kept sliding off base so you could easily hurt yourself if you don't realise. no drawers to put clothes in ,(socks, underwear, sorts teeshirts etc) no bath plug so couldn't have a bath and no bath mat to stop u slipping whilst having shower. absolutely hated that there was only one ashtray for smokers outside so they were making the place look dirty throwing cigarette ends in plants, over walls etc
