There isn’t variety on breakfast, everyday is the same food, and there is no cake at all, just few types of croissants and pancake made by chef.

The location is great, the staff are friendly and the dinner is very good.

I can't really think about something we didn't like. It was excellent!

Excellent experience! We were surprised by the amount of things they offered for children. As a family, this makes things a lot easier. Excellent amenities, excellent staff for the children activities. Breakfast is very good too. The room a bit noisy if you go to sleep early, but having kids, that wasn't an issue.

We got a room facing to the street-it was noisy, - even with closed window- so it was no option to open the window for the night. While the AC was on, constant deep frying smell was coming from the duct.

Staff was friendly and courteous. We needed blankets and xtra pillows because AC was extremely cold during night - they brought it right away. Location is great, 3mins walk to the beach, supermarkets, many restaurants, diving center. We did not use the pool and any facilities of the hotel. Food seelction and quality during breakfast and dinner was very good. Everyday cleaning was sufficient. Balcony was useful to keep beach towels, gadgets and get them dried.

Despite the room was ready to be checked half an hour earlier, the receptionist didn't bother to offer to give the keys until the official checkin time at 3pm. U was asked to remove my car from the underground parking while I was at the reception validating the booking to check-in. Extra few minutes would have avoided to much inconvients. Cold welcome receptionist.

Room was a bit small and the fact that children entertainment (for a 5 years old) finished at late as 10 pm and even 11.30 pm when there was a magic show for them was a minus..If you're from a country with a normal, early bedtime, then the hotel is not for you. The animators did not engage too much, except for Holly from the children's animation team who was brilliant and our son loved her, her mini disco sessions were the best. Not overly friendly customer interaction.

The stuff at the reception isn’t very pleasant and attentive. If you have some issues with booking, it may take 24 hours to be processed.

The pool area and tennis courts are are looking a bit shabby

The hotel is in a good location close to the centre of Tossa. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk away and there are lots of lovely restaurants close by and the old town is not far either . The reception, bar area and the front section of the hotel where we stayed has been renovated and is really nice The rooms are a decent size and very clean. We only stayed for breakfast but there’s plenty to choose from and it’s really fresh and well presented . The staff are l very friendly and helpful. And drinks from the bar are reasonably priced , beer and rose wine around 3euros each This is my first time in Tossa de Mar and I’ll definitely return

- Wifi was terrible, I could not even check my emails without issues. - Despite we booked "superior" room, the room was super small for family of 4. - Every night there was loud party upstairs. We stayed in the 3rd floor and every night there was disco/pop music night right above our heads. I do not know why they offer these rooms for families with small kids.

The pool area is needing some upgrading. All balconies look into each other unless you have a street view.

The hotel was in an excellent location, short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Our bedroom was spacious and ensuite was updated. The shower was great. We also had a fridge which other rooms didn’t.

Food was average, mostly mass produced but edible nonetheless. Pool is relatively small and only accessible by going up stairs/elevator.
