Unpleasant reception staff, food choices were repetitive and limited, could have been better entertainment during the day and in the evenings, small pool area and was difficult getting sun loungers with parasols, room was not cleaned thoroughly each day however fresh towels etc were left daily, air conditioning in the room was very poor and noise travelled through the hotel until about 2am each night.

Great location, friendly bar staff, restaurant was well run with lots of helpful staff for drinks orders etc.

The spa, I was so disappointed, was looking forward to a lovely spa day, check times for the steam room it's not always open and you only get 1 pass for an all inclsusive stay. The changing rooms were so uninviting considering spa is in the name. Not a great impression before you get into the pool area. Said there was a sauna, wasn't one to my knowledge when I asked I was directed to the steam room (which as above wasn't open). It was very poor, big improvements needed for it to resemble a spa and relaxing place.

The food was standard all inclusive, no complaints, always something for my children who are fussy eaters. Majority of the staff team were lovely. Room was a lovely size, for myself and my 2 teenage daughters.

Ideal place to stay, central to everything. Short walk to lavantte Beach and all shops and restaurants. Hotel does all inclusive or half board. Food was as good as it gets for all inclusive. Hotel spotless and staff very friendly. Would stay here again. Great entertainment was on Christmas day thoroughly enjoyed or stay.

The hotel offers an indoor and an outdoor pool. We failed to check the small print. We specifically booked this hotel as it was November when we stayed and expected to be able to us the indoor pool for free. No, the indoor pool is a franchised pool, spa and gym. If you are all inclusive you can have 1 free visit per your stay. After that is 15 euros a session. We were half board, so we were not prepared to pay this charge. The Dynastic must highlight this fact better in the description for future guests. Also in November, the sun is very limited in the pool area due to other high rise hotels. You get about 3-4 hours if you keep moving the sunbeds. The gallery photos don't fully represent the pool and surrounding areas clearly.

Sun beds far too close together,people had to climb on from the bottom,no space between,not enough parasols,,only one bar open,often only one barman serving indoor and outdoor,,having said that,the queues weren’t bad,,our air con was poor,they tried to fix it but didn’t,,this was during Augusts particularly hot spell so uncomfortably hot overnight,,entertainment was poor,guests up on stage to win a t shirt not 4 star quality

pool size

just returned from a weekend away with friends and was slightly concerned with the bad reviews we read from prievious customers but i must say we had no problems at all upon check in we were upgraded for free to all inclusive from just bed and breakfast which was a great start and much appreciated , the rooms were lovely very spacious very clean and smelt fresh , the pool area may be a little small but big enough for us to soak up the sun and take a refreshing dip when needed , the food was nice with plenty of choice , on the whole i thought it was a nice place to stay and pretty good for a hotel in benidorm very happy and fun weekend

My grandson and I both had the same problem Regarding places to put your clothes into drawers etc. We had to live out of suitcases and not enough hangers for two people but managed to have a wonderful holiday thank you
