For a 5 night stay the number of coffee pods was light on, think there should be enough for the stay. Having said that more could be requested from reception

Location was excellent, walkable to a lot of attractions and a metro station. It was very clean, after hours check in was easy. Lots of restaurants close by. Great to have a washing machine

Airconditioning was not great, it worked one of the vents was not working particularly well.

We arrived late and the apartment had a very simple check in machine to use.

We loved the service!!! She was a super lovely and friendly receptionist, gave us heaps of destinations and sights to visit and see. If we ever come to Spain again we will definitely be staying here!

It was nearly completely perfect, but there was quite a bit of noise outside at night. Absolutely not the fault of the apartment, just the consequence of being in such a central, vibrant location. The double glazing shut out most of the noise and earplugs did the trick for the rest.

Apartment very clean, great location to restaurant and attraction, easy to access the building with clear instructions and staff are friendly, they even bring us to get a taxi to train station. Water are hot and aircon are cold.

Apt was quite small for 1 adult and 2 grown up kids, would better suit younger family space wise. Daughter complained about bugs in blanket although inconclusive.

Staff onsite were extremely helpful with information on area/local attractions/booking taxis. Apartment in central Barcelona location so within walking distance to key attractions/buses and shopping. Apt was well appointed with nice touches like welcome bottle of wine/water and coffee capsules much appreciated.

As a Muslim, I was uncomfortable with the presence of gay bars nearby, but overall the area was nice.

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like; everything exceeded our expectations.

From the warm welcome at check-in to the friendly support throughout our stay, everything was perfect. The location is excellent, and what we saw on the website matched exactly what we got. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and any issues we mentioned were resolved immediately. The staff were always kind and helpful, and we truly felt at home.

Shower is weird and hard to get in and out of. There was dust on the “decor” and brick walls. The second bedroom was tiny and could not open the closet door fully. Check in takes forever with the kiosk and scanning documents and entering information for each person (this should be done in line ahead of arrival!). Way overpriced.

The location of the property was perfect. Walkable to everything but far enough away from the crowds. In a great little street with ample restaurants/ bars/ supermarkets and cafes. The apartment was comfortable and clean and had great little touches like washing powder for the machine, hairdryer in the bathroom. Self check-in was simple and easy to navigate.
