Very minor issues such as the elevator wouldn't arrive when called, the TV guide was in German and we didnt know how to change it to English. But this didn't mean we had a bad experience overall.

We didn't know we can't have the toilet paper or cleaning service if we stay less than a week. Considering it's 6ppl and 4 nights stay. Without any service , the price is a little bit high.

The location is superb! We can go everywhere easily with the metro or even by walking. The place is very clean and modern. Easy access.

I thought the price was a little high. The lift seemed to always be dependent on five doors being closed all the time, and that was often not the case. So there was a lot of stairs involved when the lift didn’t work.

We had apartment number 15, which had a huge balcony Terrace actually. It had a table 4 chairs and an umbrella and two lounge chairs. Located on one floor up from the street. The place is clean as a whistle. And the front desk staff was tremendously helpful

Contrary to the “Welcome Home “ slogan, we found the service as minimal as the design and I felt quite humiliated having to ask for toilet rolls because we were only given two children’s size rolls to last for a five-night stay (at a very expensive rate). We were instructed to take the rubbish to the public bins outside in the street, didn’t we pay for a “serviced apartment “? The lift is very small and old not easily accessible. When we arrived the safe and one of the lights in the bathroom didn’t work but got fixed after we told them.

The location is excellent . The apartment is well presented and equipped.

With the price you pay it is expected to have noise and smoke ceiled windows - the noise was substantial as well the smell and smoke from the street.

Check in process was long and cumbersome, we arrived late when the office was closed, there was a big group before us and it took them forever to check in on the machine. For us was about the same, the scanner in the check in machine was not working and took us a long time to figure out how to input the data manually. The only thing about the apartment is that the dishwasher needs maintenance, the racks were rusty and parts of it were broken.
