Everything was a bit run down, paint chipped, floor needs a polishing machine. Kitchen cupboard doors hinges not good, kettle damaged the switch did not stay on, fridge freezer door didn’t stay closed and no door shelves. TV didn’t work, said no aerial connection. First hotel in a long time that hasn’t got USB charging points. Basically I felt it was dated and run down.

Little things would make it better, such as ensuring all kitchen equipment is clean & in good condition There are enough glasses/cups etc for the apartment size More information regarding pool/spa towels as there is a charge for these

Spacious apartment with balcony & great views out to the med. Bedroom's are clean with white bed linen. The swimming pool is ideally situated and a good place to sunbath and relax. Perfect location for us specifically.

We didn't eat here, so nothing to really moan about on that front. Pool was a little busy, I guess thats the only gripe but we went down to the beach so all good.

We stayed here for the location & Golf. Can't go wrong with this place, we did a shop and were self sufficient (especially handy for those with allergies). A/c worked very well. There is a great italian pizza place right in front of the apartments plus the golf club house. 15/30 mins driving from pretty much everywhere you would want to go.

Building is old and not very clean. Even though our room was spacious and comfortable, the balcony was dirty (dust and hair balls), the bathroom was clean but it had mold in the shower and the water temperature was terrible! While you shower it would change from cold to so hot you could burn. On the other hand, the pool is not as clean as it shows on the pictures… The water was cloudy and there was a lot of chlorine. There are not enough sunbeds for the amount of people there, I guess because of the high season.

Location was great and the fact it’s an aparta hotel you can have food over for breakfast or a light dinner.

The hotel is quite isolated, for this reason they should really provide more food /coffee options throughout the day. In the pool side bar there was no sparkling wine and only 1 type of beer, they don’t serve food. Also all there were no ice pops ice creams for the 4 days we were there, the fridge was empty. The stair is out of the way, so a lift is needed to go to the pool, the reception , the gym. The restaurant is basic but on the street outside there is an Italian restaurant that serves gorgeous food , they open for lunch and dinner - booking in the summer is essential!

Staff were all so friendly and helpful. The pool side bar opened around lunch, they had a decent range of drinks. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, a decent well equipped small kitchen.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable, very isolated location if you didn't have a car, hotel was very outdated, no local amenities within walking distance, few days the pool area was so crowded we couldn't use it I.e there was not enough parasols for the number of guests, guests being allowed to use 3 parasols for 5 guests and leave towels there when they left halfway through the day so nobody else could use stuff, not enough crockery for anything, we didn't cook in at all but we couldn't have even if we wanted to

it’s a typical Spanish building, meaning noise travels very easily. people moving furniture, children crying etc but that’s not the hotels fault

we choose this hotel as it was near to a wedding we were attending. location was the biggest factor. we only needed a bed for the night and a shower the next day so it met our needs. the view from our balcony was beautiful

The apartment is in need of renovation. Kitchen cabinets do not shut properly and are close to falling apart. Kitchen equipment is also old and in need of replacement. Crockery was provided but these appear be leftovers from once complete new sets. The flow of water from the bathroom taps are obstructed by the years of accumulated scale resulting in wet floors when showering. Water from one of the toilet cisterns has been leaking and has gone unreported.

The apartment that we were given on the 6th floor was large. There were 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower cubicle. Bedroom is spacious, as was the sitting room and equipped kitchen. There was also large terrace, one which overlooks Mijas-Costa, and another separate, much larger enclosed terrace. The aparthotel also has 2 outdoor swimming pools, an indoor spa and a gym which we did not use. The staff were vey friendly and helpful.
