Clean apartments, great pool.

Little bit outdated and not the best location, would need a car as only 1 restaurant close by

Lovely views, lots of space, great spa area

Bed was a little uncomfortable, breakfast could have a bit more choice

Parking outside was not the best as one might had to park a couple of minutes walk as was to many cars

Pool was great, spa was great but could really do with some work. You definitely need a car, overall we still had a great time.

The fridge didn’t work and the cleaning could have been a little better.

did not have breakfast, kitchen was a perfect size. The Spa was a bit run down but I loved it.

Everything was a bit run down, paint chipped, floor needs a polishing machine. Kitchen cupboard doors hinges not good, kettle damaged the switch did not stay on, fridge freezer door didn’t stay closed and no door shelves. TV didn’t work, said no aerial connection. First hotel in a long time that hasn’t got USB charging points. Basically I felt it was dated and run down.

Spacious apartment with balcony & great views out to the med. Bedroom's are clean with white bed linen. The swimming pool is ideally situated and a good place to sunbath and relax. Perfect location for us specifically.

Little things would make it better, such as ensuring all kitchen equipment is clean & in good condition There are enough glasses/cups etc for the apartment size More information regarding pool/spa towels as there is a charge for these

The rooms were a good size, had everything in it that was needed. Balcony / patio area was nice, poor view but still nice to have the space.

1. COCKROACHES & FLIES! When we entered the apartment there was lot of flies flying around that kept landing on us which was very unpleasant. After going out and coming back to the apartment to have some food we opened the bathroom door and there was 6 cockroaches running over the floor, bath towels, floor mat and toilet paper. 2. No access to getting a drink. The vending machine which was apparently "the only option" for hotel guests to getting any kind of soft drink was out of service and we were told it had been for months now. We were offered water from their staff cooler if we had our own bottle to hand, which we didn't. The hotel restaurant was "only open for two families" but we were told we might be able to get some water there when they opened at 9pm which considering we were told this at around 3pm, wasn't good enough! We feel this is not good enough from a 4 star hotel considering the nearest shop is 10+ minutes drive away. We were aware of this but you would be very stuck if you were not. 3. Aircon! The aircon wall control was hanging off the wall, my boyfriend had to mess around with the fuse box to get the aircon working. Worked once we got it started. 4. Lack of security. Our apartment was located by the exit to the hotel. Our bedroom window which was not secure was directly opposite the main door to the entrance block for the apartments, this window was completely see through and not frosted at all so anyone walking down the corridor could see straight through onto the bed. The main door did not shut at all and was accessible to anyone on the street.

Location is great for the golf

The problem is it’s very dirty and need to be cleaned up our room all the furniture was stained. The walls was rotten and the kitchen falling apart

The rooms, haven't had bed linen changed even after 7 days. No thorough cleaning of kitchen & bathroom areas. No coffee/bar facilities inside or out during day, except for machine.

The swimming pool was nice

This was 4 star 10 years ago Spa was dated No means to buy food or water unless restaurant was open for breakfast or dinner other than a vending machine that only took cash which is poor given its location and star rating Apartment was 2 star at best Rest of venue 3 star at best
