The curtains do cover the daylight properly which is not good if you want to sleep until a bit later. You need to have a card on the reader for the fridge and AC to work.

You had to pay to use the safe which didn’t seem right. There was some construction work outside but as we were in the middle of San Antonio, it was expected that we would have noise.

There was a 24 hour reception so you always felt safe returning to the property. It was a great location and rooms were decorated very nicely.

Downstairs they were changing the road. It was very noisy, but it was temporary. The apartment itself is a bit outdated, it could use some renovation. They charged 10 euros to extend the room for an hour, until 12 o'clock (In other hotels in San Antonio they did it for free). I was surprised by the window in the toilet, which overlooked the neighbors' balcony. Cleaning is scheduled only twice a week. Overall, a fairly typical hotel for San Antonio.

Not a bad hotel. The room had everything you needed. Everything worked properly. Good location. You can use the pool of another hotel. There is a good supermarket nearby, many cafes, a laundromat, scooter rental, etc.

The reception area had the AC turned off and was uncomfortably hot. There was construction going on in front of the property at the time of my stay but access was provided to get in and out of the hotel.

The location of the property is very central. Easy to move around and close to all the nightlife places, restaurants and bars. The rooms were clean. Everything in the room worked just fine.

We would have liked the balcony to be slightly bigger and not overlook all the roadworks going on - however we know nothing could be done to help that. My partner also had a pair of shoes go missing from the balcony - again we know nothing could be done to help that either.

the style of the apartments were nice and modern, it was easy to get taxis from there, and it had everything we needed for a few nights in ibiza.

Just found two minor things to improve: it would be better if the water pressure on the fourth floor were stronger, and considering the work on the street under our window, it would have been nice if they had provided earplugs.

Not a great view from the window . Could hear clearly the conversations of people in neighbouring rooms . Last night was particularly bad . Receptionist tried to resolve issue but even when not speaking loudly tge guests could clearly be heard .

Pretty happy with the apartments. I asked cleaners for more towels and they wouldn’t give us any and we missed the room clean on the one morning after getting in late. Obviously it’s Ibiza!

There was a constant bad smell coming from the toilette and you can hear your neighbors’s noises very easily. The doors were as well hard and noisy to open

I have not noticed any major inconveniences during my stay at Excelsior Estudios & Apartamentos. In the future, I would only consider replacing the front doors to the apartments, and adding an electric kettle to the facilities. Apart from these minor things, I received everything I needed.

I recommend the accommodation services of Excelsior Estudios & Apartamentos. The main strengths of the stay are the helpful and professional staff, as well as the design and facilities of the rooms. There is everything you need during holidays. The rooms are soundproofed and you can rest very well. The location in the city centre is an added bonus. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. Initially its proximity to the raucous behaviour which is a shock at first but by the time I left it was just part of the Ibiza experience

I liked that although because of where it was situated you could have imagined it to be not very nice inside because outside in that street (further down the road) I saw some not so nice things and so walking into the Excelsior was like a breath of fresh air it even smelled good. The staff will always help you if they can and are very approachable. My favourite was a youngish man and I THINK he was called Reuben. I would like to go back out of season to see how it differs. If you want to go to San Antonio bay and want to do for yourself this is the place to go Yvonne A very happy customer
