Quiet location. Easily accessible.

Terrace not cleaned regularly. Lots of leftovers from clients. WC missing brushes for the toilet. Electric vehicle charging is not the hotels. It brings to the greater facility and isn’t working. Hotel cannot help at all there.

There wasn’t a fridge or mini fridge (mini bar)

Located in a very quiet place very good for relax after a noisy day in Madrid. Room is quiet big. Very clean.

The mini bar was not mentioned in room facilities but we as a family we need it so I recommend it. And they don’t have a microwave for a common use! Bathroom need some shelf and hanger to hang things.

The room was clean so that was good. Good channels on the TV. Only really watched one but was good. Air con works well. Good bed.The hotel reception and dinner/breakfast area is nice. Near a station although I never used it as I decided to go with a taxi. Overall it was ok

Very disappointed with the lack of WiFi. Did call reception about this and mentioned had issues with the WiFi provider and only really worked at reception. I'm very grateful I only stayed one night. Kinda put me off staying at the hotel again as it seems like it was an ongoing issue. The toilet also made a really loud sound that goes on for a while the first time it's flushed. It still makes the sound after flushes but not as loud..not sure why. Where the air con switch is located does not seem safe. It is a little out from central Madrid but about 20 - 30mins with a taxi and there's a station nearby so not too bad. Probably a minor thing, the TV also randomly stopped turning on. Used the remote and also used the switch on the actual tv and still did not work. Only stayed one night so not too much of an issue. Probably something that can be fixed if staying longer.

Old hotel. Needs some renovation works. AC is so loud ca. Not sleep and if turn off hot. Window was bot well sealed ao outside noise in the morning woke up

Couldn't match the price for a night I found from another hotel nearby. Understand that wasn't rated with same stars, but to retain the guest, I would do it.

Great location, clean, close to a couple of restaurants, supermarkets and the Tres Cantos train station.

Assurance is needed that payment before check-in is recognised without tension

Room was clean and the staff always available for anything. Toothbrush and toothpaste was provided on request. Bed was comfortable The breakfast was ok but not exceptional.

Please improve the quality of the juice at breakfast, it was not very good at all

Close to the Renfe Cercanas train station Tres Cantos, store is also nearby. Friendly staff.

Nice hotel, big rooms, friendly staff and very good value for money.

The hotel has an outdated look and feel, we couldn’t manage to regulate the air-con so it did feel quite hot at night, and the pillows were not great

I loved the master switch that turns off all the lights without getting out of bed. I loved that the room goes completely dark if you want to so you can sleep peacefully. It was clean, comfortable, and big enough. Totally worth the price.

The heating system was a bit loud.

People working at the hotel were extremely kind and helpful. The room was big and clean. There was a desk allowing to work conveniently.

The wifi reception was a bit poor in my room and I was dropping out from teleconferences every now and then. Otherwise all perfect.
