We had room with garden view, and also to the street. It was very, very noisy and loud music all night long. We did not sleep well because of this. So next time i will book a room on the other side of the hotel were its more quiet..

Nice hotel in a lovely area with the beaches near by and a beautifull garden. Good shops and resturants close to the hotel . The poolarea was nice too, we enjoyed it a few times. But we were most of our time on the beach. Very good breakfast and entertainment at nights. Gabriel gave us good information on our first evening there. We had a lovely stay here, and would like to come back again.

Our room was facing the bar and pool so it was a bit loud at night. Beds were a bit hard. The pool closed early.

We had a maintenance issue the first night and did not get a good night sleep. But it was quickly addressed the next day and the two women at reception were extremely kind about the issue.

The rooms were clean and modern. Great pool view and balcony. All the staff very friendly and helpful. Food was ok with variety and no better or worse than I expected.

We stayed in room 121, and bathroom is terrible. Very small, and uncomfortable. This bathroom need to be renovated and to be with normal size!!!

Lack of sunbeds around the pool - lots of people reserving beds (sometimes with white towels from the room) then either not using the beds at all or coming down late afternoon. Kids club could be better - we went over once to participate in colouring club but the air con was broken and unfortunately the heat in the room was unbearable. Hot options at breakfast could have been warmer. Air con in the rooms need upgraded - nowhere near strong/cold enough.

Amazing location - smack bang in the middle of everything - beach & promenade just across the road. Clean - maids came in each day to make up beds and change towels etc. Nice vibe around the pool - lots of families. Lovely entertainment staff who try so hard each day to get people involved in the activities. Breakfast was decent - something for everyone. Comfy beds and good pillows!

Snacks for all inclusive were poor…really needs to be better. Sunbeds “reserved” for hours at a time and nothing is done about this- there are signs up saying it is not allowed - but nobody does anything about it….really must be better and was frustrating.

location was perfect, mins from the beach and in the centre of Palma Nova. Nice room, good air conditioning, good shower, good WiFi and comfy beds. All very clean and staff were friendly. All inclusive food was okay - not the biggest choice but always found something tasty. Staff always clearing up - was all very efficient. Didn’t have to queue at the bar and drinks were ok for all inclusive. Pool area and gardens very well kept and clean. Sunbeds generally gone by 9am but wasn’t crazy 6am starts. started to get busy around 8am.

Good sized rooms. Excellent choice at buffet breakfast. Location convenient to all facilities and the beach within easy access. Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast foods could be served warmer (eggs, bacon, sausages etc) and the coffee served could be better. Pastries were not great either. Sound insulation inside the hotel isn't great, I could hear the noises from the corridors and the hallways from my room and it woke me up a few times in the night. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Really comfortable and clean room. I highly recommend the pool view rooms as they are quiet at night and don't overlook the bars. There was a lot of choice for breakfast, from warm items such as eggs, bacon, and sausages, to lots of fresh fruit, yogurts, jams, cold cuts, cereal, and healthier items like seeds and oats. Great location too, it was very central and close to the beach. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe in the hotel and in my room.
