The air conditioning unit was too noisy to sleep. Fortunately the fan is quieter.

Excellent dinner, perfectly cooked local beef with fresh seasonal veg. The local wine was also very good. The owner and staff were friendly and able to give interesting information about the area. Very convenient location close to the motorway yet not noisy. The ambience - low key jazz playlist - was also to my taste. I'd say the owner has got the overall 'recipe' just right.

The breakfast was excellent. The facilities were really good value for money. An excellent Gym compared to other hotels. The staff were very friendly. Location was great for us as a stopover on our way to Denia. I can imagine in the summer it would be even better with the outdoor pool, garden & patio

Some room detail needs some attention. The bathroom door handle has been repaired with masking tape. It really needs replacing. A large area of plaster was missing from the wall below the bedroom window. These petty things did not retract from a very comfortable room. The chairs in the restaurant were a bit tired and worn, and could do with replacing. The worst thing was noise from a very inconsiderate family in a room above us. From 0430 to 0715, there was a lot of noise, moving furniture about, talking loudly and a toddler running about shouting and singing. While this selfish behaviour was not the fault of the hotel, it is indicative that the hotel needs to improve its room to room sound insulation.

The staff were lovely. Very comfortable room. Very good restaurant with excellent wine list.

There was a bit of a smell in the main lobby. Perhaps because a small kitten was living there - which was very cute!

The breakfast at this hotel was truly exceptional. Not the usual you would expect from hotel continental breakfast - but homemade cakes, freshly cooked eggs, fresh breads, all sorts of meats, cheeses, yogurts, milks. Fruit. Tortilla. Literally everything you could want. We also had dinner in the restaurant and it was very good. Lovely staff. Big room. Comfy. Great secure parking.

The location close to the highway is perfect for those in transit. A wonderful breakfast and a clean room with comfortable beds. Private parking in a secluded area is available!

A coffee/thee facilities in the room would be welcome. Sometimes, when you have a long travel and want to leave very early, it would be nice to prepare a coffee in the room. More outdoor furniture would be welcome.

There were no other restaurants in the area, we were hoping to have a light low cost dinner.

It was clean, comfortable, good value for money. We were breaking up the journey from France, so it was just to have break on a long drive, we didn't visit any museums or places of interest. Garden and swimming pool area look amazing even though at this time of the year we couldn't take advantage of them, but will definitely come and stay should we travel in summer.
