During most of the day the room A/C felt insufficient to cool down during the hot days and good part of the night of our staying from 12 to 16 August. During one particular day, which was on Wednesday, the restaurant was fully booked for lunch time and was not possible to get any food from anywhere else in the hotel. Didn't know if this is a particular issue of that day only, but we were not warned about it, so we couldn't book for an slot in the restaurant. Other issue was to get taxi transportation to go from the Conil bus station to the hotel, when it took almost 2 hours to finally get one from the local radio taxi operator, so the hotel should try offering a shuttle or other similar service for guests not arriving with their own car.

The well built & maintained facilities. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Good outdoor areas with easy access to the local beach. Restaurant with good variety of food and drinks and fair prices. Good indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna (this one additional but with very fair price) areas. Good entertainment shows and activities. Good bar and drinks.

The staff here go over and above. They work tirelessly to make sure your holiday is as good as it can be in every sense. They charged my phone at reception every day as I forgot my plug! The cleaner put suncream on my back where I couldn't reach! So much attention to detail. I love this hotel and feel part of something rather than just a number. If you want to experience the fun and warmth of Andalusian culture this is your place.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, amazing service, trully excellent approach of each of the staff members, great food (selection and quantity), stunning views, free parking. We really enjoyed staying here and had a nice rest. We highly recommend.

The only thing I didn't like was that lunch service at the restaurant began at 1:30 PM, which felt slightly late. Aside from that, there was absolutely nothing to dislike.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast and dinner buffets were perfect, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit all tastes. For those looking for something more refined, they also had a restaurant which was open all day from 1:30 PM, at a very affordable price. The staff were truly exceptional always welcoming, and ready to assist whenever needed. In the evenings, the entertainment added a lively touch, creating a wonderful atmosphere. They also had plenty of sunbeds, ensuring comfort for everyone, along with easy beach access, making trips to the shore effortless. Overall, a fantastic hotel experience, I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a relaxing environment.

Great view, pools and beach chairs and parasols. Direct access to the beach. Breakfast was good, as well as dinner buffet. They even had live music every evening!

Having stayed in many hundreds of Hotels over the last 40 years this one stood out. Nice location, spotlessly clean and a truly excellent attitude by every member of staff we came into contact with. A comfortable beach Hotel but elevated by lovely staff. I assume it is very well managed. We will make a point of staying here again.

The mattress is very soft (not everyone will like that), but still ok. We have only one specific complaint: unfortunately here - as in many other places - there are only large pillows, no thin ones. We had the spare blanket folded to fit us.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, on a stretch of coast where the difference between the loess walls and the fairly high tides gives a very special experience. It really is outstanding. The sunsets are stunning, the sunrises also give wonderful reflections. The garden is airy, lovely, tasteful, taking advantage of the great location. As we didn't come for a swim, but for an excursion, we didn't try the pools. But they were clean and pleasantly situated. The hotel is not dated, it has a fresh feel, the different rooms are nicely separated. The restaurant was not crowded. Dinner is to be commended, we have been in many hotels of a similar category, but the cuisine of this one is definitely among the very best! The choice is not too wide, just right, but the flavour is not average at all, there was always something extra along the different themes. The dessert section is 10 points, outstanding among 4 star hotels. The breakfast does not have the same variety, but there were always fresh products and not the dozen cold cuts, but also more special meats and cheeses. Also grilled meats and fresh egg varieties. It was good, really good. The rooms are nice, the view here is very nice. The furniture is not up to date, but it's not worn out and the overall effect is good. The staff are friendly, direct and helpful. Especially the general staff (reception, programmes). Some of the older waiters were a bit grumpy, but not yet annoyingly so. The wifi is good, the parking is free.

The team make you feel so comfortable from the moment you arrive, this is particularly important for a solo traveller. The wellness centre. The massages that Raquel gave.....my goodness, she is super trained. The special touches from house keeping. Thanks Carmen for my birthday rememberance cookies & chocs. Breakfast buffet excellent. Great 6 km walk from the hotel over the cliffs. ( find mine on the walking app) Beach just beautiful Will be back x

I would add more options to the lunch menu at the restaurant

Beautiful hotel, beautiful views of the beach, great beach and swimming pool. The rooms are clean and have a terrace. The food in the buffet (breakfast and dinner) is delicious. My son turned 6 and they gave us a great breakfast experience and also decorated the bed and gave him chocolates and small present

Nothing negative here. A truly excellent hotel.

Best staff I have ever experienced in a hotel. I was really impressed. They really treat all clients excellent. The location is also excellent. A little bit outside of town but beachfront in top of the beautiful cliffs and the beach just underneath. Impressively beautiful place. Further, the hotel is not too big. Great for relaxing with space for all the guests, be it at the beach or by the pool or gardens. Breakfast also excellent. And last but not least, the buffet dinner was surprisingly good value as well.

We loved everything! ALL OF THE STAFF. Everyone was accommodating and welcoming, most especially the people from the reception. (I can’t name them one by one but they’re all amazing) SEA VIEW ROOM. The scenery was amazing. If you’re thinking to book a Sea view, book it! definitely worth it!) The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. MATTRESS AND PILLOWS. This is one of the reason why we extended for another day. We had the best sleep because of their high quality mattress and pillows. I was astonished that they even have a pillow menu 🙌🏻 BREAKFAST/DINNER BUFFET This is something you shouldn’t miss. They have such wonderful food selection and they are all delicious!
