We hear a noise from other rooms. And balcony was very small, only for laundry drying.

Good location, quiet street, near some grocery stores , 10-15 minutes by foot to the beach. We stay 14 nights in two bedroom apt and 2 times we had a cleaning and towels was changed. Very helpful staff, we have some questions and help was very quick. We like our stay.

Cleanliness Staff was very helpful House had everything you needed. Location, not central therefore less busy and more enjoyable for our type of holiday - it was nice to experience the city using a bike everyday and seeing something new every day. (25 minutes bike ride to the centre)

We had an initial problem with A/C and a bad smell in the apartment and also a juicer that did not work. Management addressed these issues swiftly although the smell to some extent remained. We would have appreciated more guidance on local attractions/facilities and a more generous welcome pack that eg included some water/milk/detergent for washing machine.

Location (near beach/shops/tavernas). Spacious. Clean. Two TVs. Nice roof garden. The apartment is conveniently located very near a tram stop but unfortunately this section was under repair during our stay. Friendly support staff and good WhatsApp communication: we received an invite to a tasting but unfortunately could not attend.

Very big space, 2 showers - perfect for big group! 15 min walk form beach. Very chill aria around with small amount of tourist. Metro station in 5 min walk.

The house was so complete and comfortable. Its way too good from what the picture said. I would recommend to stay here as it near the metro. We love all the kitchen utensils that have been provided!! Marta have been providing an excellence customer service!! Thanks to her everything have arranged smoothly.

Spacious accommodation with a separate bedroom in an excellent location near the metro and the beach. We stayed for 7 days, and halfway through our stay, we were offered a cleaning service, which was very nice. Everything was quickly arranged thanks to Marta, who was very responsive and helpful. There was also the option to leave our luggage after check-out. A coffee machine and all kitchen equipment were available. There was also the option to use a smart TV.

Quite a lot of construction work going on locally during our stay on weekdays, so a fair bit of noise during the day sometimes, and our bedroom being at the front meant a little bit of noise late on when people were leaving the Taberna along the street, but ok overall. Sheets on the double bed were a bit small - so couldn't be tucked under the bed. Living room would benefit from better lighting to make it a bit more cosy/inviting -e.g a side light or standard lamp. Kitchen could do with some better pans and a drying rack. Although the small welcome pack (oil, coffee pods, sugar, washing up liquid) was, er, welcome, we were disappointed that we had to buy detergent to use the washing machine only once. Shower cubicle a bit small and a bit tired. As first time visitors to Valencia, we would have liked a few maps and/or leaflets to find out more about what was available.

Spacious apartment for two located on the edge of the very interesting El Cabanyal district, and a short walk from the Francesc Cubells tram stop (itself, one stop and a very easy change from the Maritim-Serreria Metro Station). Also walking distance from the Marina and the Beach. Clean and comfortable with a large kitchen/dining area/living room which suited our 5 night stay in terms of making breakfasts etc, and space to hang out. Decent sized smart TV. Bedroom smaller with another TV, an en suite bathroom and a nice double bed. Quiet area in general but...

There was no fan in the toilet and that was a big miss because there is no window in the bathroom. One extra toilet paper roll would have been appreciated and a chair in the bedroom to put clothes on would have also been good to have. The cloth in kitchen smelt funny. I found the welcome package quite poor, just a sponge, wipe and dish detergent which is not a welcome pack but an average expectation in an apartment. There were also 2 tiny bottles of oil and mini bags fondant and pepper. I think 3-4 coffee pods (there’s a coffee machine) and sugar would have been more standard as a welcome pack. Last thing is that the code to open the door came 1 hour before check-in after asking for it twice. I knew I would receive it in the end but I was taking off and I was texting the host cos I was getting anxious I would arrive in 1 hour and no code had been given yet. A bit last minute even for a non-anxious person like me especially cos I was travelling with my elderly parents.

The location is top! 10 min from the beach and a few kms from the centre and from the Ciutat de Arts and Ciencias. Trams and buses close-by. The flat was spacious and communication with the host was easy. I was surprised we even found an Italian coffee maker among the kitchen equipment!

basic equipment, such as a fridge, microwave, kettle, washing machine, basic dishes and tableware, dishwashing liquid, soap - were ok. There was a huge lack of basic ingredients, such as salt, pepper, frying oil, coffee, tea (during my previous stay in Valencia, the kitchen was well-equipped). Also, I wasn't able to turn on the air conditioning... It was not a great problem, so I haven't asked the host.

The location was perfect - between the last metro station and the beach. There was a direct metro connection from the airport and there was no need to take taxi. The apartment was located 1 tram station from the metro and 20 minutes' walk (2 tram stops) to the beach. Price was also ok!

The toaster was not working. It tripped the electricity switch any time we tried to use it. However, that was only a very minor inconvenience

The apartment was very clean, modern, well equipped, and in a very good location. It was close to a bus station and not far from the beach. We would definitely recommend it to family or friends.

it was a tired flat. doors didn't shut properly, grouting was cracked, tired and old, showers had issues, such as shower door kept falling off, other shower head wouldn't stay in place so had to be held, water wouldn't drain out of the shower quick enough, so quick showers needed (they did come and fix this) kettle was cheap and broke. ceiling to the bathroom was pretty grim. cabinets were a bit chipped. this sounds like a v bad review but the flat was fine and wouldn't put me off going again...it's just a bit tired and you get what you pay for and I think it was a fair price. beds were clean and comfortable.

size was good, and location suited us with kids. if you want central this is not the place for you, but it was a good balance between beach and being able to get into town for us. beach 15mins walk away, also right next to a tram stop, lovely places to eat just round the corner (Malafama) having no key to worry about was good. owners responded to any issues quickly. it was in a quiet street.
