AustraliaRooms sparsely decorated. No where to sit and relax in the room and no bedside tables. Position of power point in the middle of bed head not well thought out. A lot of the spa facilities were not all functioning.

United KingdomThe place is souless and needs quite some care and attention. Not that clean in many areas, lots of broken tiles, worn surfaces and ground in dirt. A basic lack of attention and maintenance to keep the place as it should be. It has an outdoor pool, however 8 sunbeds and zero tables and chairs is not anywhere near sufficient. The evening buffet food in the restaurant looked very good, but we didn't want to wait until 8:30pm so opted for some food from the bar. It was absolutely dire. The chicken burger was a ghastly reconstituted breaded thing that was dreadful. The french fries tasted of fish. The beef burger was real meat but was clap cold. The reception area had a rather unpleasant smell that I couldn't place. All in all a disappointing and dismal place. We would not stop there again.
Nice location with lots of parking. Room was large, with lots of storage and good Aircon. Bar staff very attentive. Buffet breakfast was as good as it gets.

United KingdomThe breakfast was not great with a poor selection and not the freshest food, the dining room was soulless with the very bright and cool lighting. a real disappointment. the unexpected charge of 30 euros and the need for a swimming cap and the flip flop (Charged 3 Euros) were not explained when we check-in
The location and the spa facilities and pools were very good and the property is well-maintained, the bathroom and general cleanliness were high and the reception staff spoke excellent English also it has plenty of parking. the bar staff were helpful and the food was good at reasonable prices.

I lost my glasses in the hotel. I sent a message to the owner and nothing aren't didi to resolve my problem. I need my glasses because I'm very blind e with toutch them I can't work. My glasses are green and I think must have stayed on spa, pool or in room.
