United KingdomQuite unusual but there is no door to the bathroom or the toilet which is located in the bedroom. So when one of us were using the toilet the other had to leave the bedroom and wait in the lounge.
Amazing hotel. Clean, modern and great facilities. The staff were super helpful and the views from everywhere are fantastic. Really really enjoyable stay for me and my wife.

PortugalOur checkin was problematic, the receptionist gave us an unclean room, non working cards and they would not answer the phone so we had to walk to the receptionist hall 3 times, not acceptable.
The suite was spacious and super comfortable with an amazing jacuzzi. The hotel attended to all our special requests with good care. The breakfast was solid.

The location bathroom and affordable . Food near by was delicious,beautiful views from the window. Nice bathrooms and parking was available for free out front of the hotel.

SpainThe bathroom washbasin was clogging, hot was was not quick in taps. The destination charger for tesla was not working in night. Overall it was not 5 star property given the status.
Its old 5 star property, thus style of room and bathroom is old. Rooms and bathroom are spacious not a typical size across similar hotel.

PolandRooms poorly equiped. Empty minibar. No glasses, even no soap-saver, just basic soap, gel, shampoo and towels. No holder under shower to place gel/shampoo. Only one plastic chair on small balcony. Unavailable restaurant or premis. Would rate much better if it wouldn't be marked as 5 star. Sadly felt more like 2 star level.
Friendly personel, very fast check-in. Lot of parking place in garage. Comfortable beds.

The location was 10 minutes from the city centre, 10 euro’s in a taxi. The hotel is set in extensive grounds with a large swimming pool and rooftop terrace. The breakfast selection was plentiful with huge variety. We used the Italian restaurant on a number of evenings and the menu selection was excellent and the food delicious. I cannot thank the staff for their attention to detail and accommodating our requirements at short notice. They opened the rooftop terrace for our guests at short notice and they also assisted me with the organisation of tables for 35 guests in the Italian restaurant…..

SpainAll facilities were closed. Pools, gym, spa was extra, no place to get a drink or a coffee. No vending machines either. It had all the facilities listed on the booking page but it was nowhere near the quality stated. The hotel was also empty with maybe 10 people spotted in 3 days. Parking was empty yet they charged us €15 a day. Should have been included when everything we paid for was essentially closed. Depending on the staff, some were very rude and annoyed you spoke with them. Some were very polite and helpful.
Location and size of the hotel was perfect. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered everything we needed

NorwayDon’b be fooled by the 5 stars in this hotel. At best I give this a 3 star. Why? There were no open restaurants or bars at the hotel during our stay, so not possible to get food or drinks. Minibar? Yes, but it was empty. Roomservice? No. We had to walk out to the nearest Mercadona to get food. At 20:00 the only restaurant that opened was 100m outside of the hotel and since the hotel is outside the city there was no other options nearby. Also it is pretty standard to have a coffee machine in the hotel room, but no. No coffee or tea.
