The staff is amazing. The beds and mattress are great and the bathroom is so good.

Friendly staff, room had what we needed

Slightly difficult to find the entrance, it is in a busy street so it is quite noisy. We didnt mind, but light sleepers would have more trouble

The room was very noisy and dark and the wifi was practically non existent. At least in my room it was. Also wasn't very clean.

The location is great. Staff was helpful too when we had an issue with the shower. He fixed it right away.

I believe an extra plug in the room would be helpful. There is only 1 and it is behind the bed, which makes it a bit uncomfortable when 2 people need to charge their phones or their computers. The bathroom vent fan turns on when you turn on the light, There is no separate switch. This makes a constant noise when using the bathroom. Separating the vent from the light would be a great option so the guests can choose when they want to turn the vent on when using the bathroom.

The receptionist offered us two rooms, both of which were smelly, extremely small, and had dirty toilets. To make matters worse, there were no proper pillows—just one for a double bed. When I asked for an additional pillow, I was told there were none available due to full occupancy. After I raised my concerns, the staff member became defensive, started shouting, and behaved in an incredibly unprofessional manner, showing a clear lack of experience. I stayed just one night before checking out the next morning. Absolutely not recommended. 👎

It was quite hard to find with the scaffolding covering the building

the location was perfect as we arrived late at night and only have 1 day in Madrid the beds were comfortable the staff were lovely and helpful bit tired but totally fine for what you pay

the shower has very limited water hot water. the couch was dirty .

The walls and the door to the room were a bit thin, like a bedroom door at home. We could hear noise outside in the hallway in the early hours of the morning.
