Parking! One of the reasons we booked was the free parking only to find out we can't enter the garage because of our car's low height. We were told we are the first ones with such an issue even tho there are visible scratches on the ground on the garage entry from other cars. Staff didn't really offer a solution but we were able to park in the 2 available outside spaces as the hotel wasn't really full at the time of our stay.

The hotel is in a very nice area, easy to get to by car and only about 20 minutes from the center of Barcelona. Very clean, good room service and a nice breakfast.

Morning staff member at the reception desk was very disappointing. Very poor customer service skills, was sitting on the chair with legs up, no eye contact, absolutely unacceptable manner.

There was everything you needed for over night stay. On our arrival staff was really welcoming and kind.

The bathroom was not very clean, on the first day there was a bubble gum stuck on the floor, a bit discussing, then it keep smelling like urine somehow.

Lovely staff helped me carry my excessive baggaage to my room. Lovely staff gave me hot water so I could make a cup of tea in my room. Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Room and bathroom were all very clean. 2 minute walk to a good selection of restaurants in a funky little place called Mercantic, which is an artsy marketplace. I felt very comfortable waiting in the lobby until 4pm when my taxi arrived to take me on with my journey.

Breakfast has limited diversity and the staff rarely refills, the elevator takes long to arrive (the other elevator was broken throughout my stay), some of the staff is quite unfriendly, the bathroom is outdated - the shoewer requires upgrade, the toilet seat was broken

Good location (close to restaurants and public transporation), some of the reception staff were friendly, the room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The large TV and the lobby area are also good. The area is quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel’s location is fantastic—very convenient, and the underground parking was a huge plus. Our room was quiet and the beds were comfortable, which made for a restful experience. The air conditioning worked really well, which made a big difference during the hot +32°C days—our room stayed cool and comfortable throughout. The breakfast was quite minimalistic, but it was enough for our needs. A bit more variety would have made it even better, but overall it did the job.

Tiny things about the room set up – for instance, we had a three person room but only one hook in the bathroom for shower towels. Thus, all in all very good, since this is my only complaint :)

Very convenient location, 5 min walk to train which took us to Barcelona in 30 min. Super affordable compared to downtown Barcelona. Very good value for money.

No Restaurant, just continental breakfast but restaurants close by and the town of Sant Cugat is close too, 5 minutes by car.

At first we felt it was very basic but after our first nights great sleep we were very happy. Comfortable, clean, friendly staff and very pleasant overall.
