Wonderful AC during a blistering Spanish heatwave. Such nice staff, shout out to the night guy (didn’t catch his name). Cool building in a great location. Near good cafés, grocery stores, and even two laundromats (which we took advantage of). Very positive experience.

Very, very small room. Any window. No possible open and breath air, sun. Smell food. :-( sombody maybe cooking. But when i look another rooms it had window.

This is a great value place, excellent location downtown and close to attractions and sightseeing. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable. It was a little warm in the room when we got there, but we called the front desk and they reduced the temperature. I specifically appreciated the 24 hour front desk. The only negative thing for me was that we were on the 1st floor, and the street is very busy with cars and motorcycles.We could hear a lot of that in our room. Definitely ask for a room on the upper floors- and the picture of the woman looking out the balcony on the hotel website is from the upper floors.

They had no Smart Tv in our room, they had an old model Tv. It's important for me even if I stay in room for 2 hours

The noise! Any time anyone in the building flushed their toilet you could here it come through the pipes in our room, from 7am every morning there was loud construction noise going on and one night we could hear what we assume was another guest shouting on their way to their room. There was also no natural light in the room despite there being a big glass door to a small balcony, this was in a central courtyard type thing and it was just dark even when the sun was out.

The selling point for this hostel is the location, it was perfect for exploring the city. We could walk to everywhere we wanted from here but there were also good public transport links if you wanted to use that instead. There's a bakery on either side and even more down the road so plenty of great breakfast options near by. The staff were friendly, the room was basic but very clean. The bed was comfortable too.

The heating was low on the first night, probably they just turned it on for our arrival day, so it was a bit chilly the first night, but the staff provided blankets immediately as we asked. Probably, would be nicer to have an electric pot and a few cups, in case you want to have hot drinks at home. Otherwise, everything perfect.

It was super clean and cozy. Our room had an exit on a tiny Veranda. It smelled good throughout the corridor and provided shampoo/shower gel minis were nice quality and good fragrance. Better than most hostels provide. Also, 24hr reception desk is super comfortable. 🌟 And location is walking distance to everywhere!

You can hear the noise from the outside, which made it difficult to sleep. There are times I got disconnected with their wifi.

the place was near on the bus/train station and shops. They clean the room every day with new set of towels. The staff was fantastic and very approachable. The (206) room was nice and worth the price.

The bathroom is a little outdated, but clean.

The apartment is great for a group. Common room and private room with its own bathroom. Clean, bed is good. Everything you need. Made us feel welcome with some snacks and a personal note.

It will be great if you have any locking system of doors in the room for the safety.

The bed was ok but not super comfortable. The hairdryer in the bathroom wasn't very powerful and the power cut out too easily when it overheated.

An excellent location in the Eixample district. Well served by multiple metro stations and within an easy walk of the Gothic quarter and many of the key sights. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was cleaned daily which was a bonus we weren't expecting.

The staff, specially Emiliya, has been outstanding. I left a pair of shoes and they went the extra mile, putting them on a box, printing the label and communicating fast through email. Amazing service beyond their actual dutties.

We were only allowed one key card per room which was a bit inconvenient. It would also be useful to have more hangers in the room as there was a lot of space for luggage and clothes just not enough hangers.

The property was very clean and the room was extremely spacious, light and airy! The staff were also very friendly and accommodating.

The apartment has very old windows and is not well equipped with basic items, such as a full-length mirror, a nightstand next to the bed or better planned spaces for you to better organize your things. I had to use a laptop to work and it was quite uncomfortable because the chair was very bad and the only electrical outlet near the table did not work. The shower heats up well, but the shower mechanism had problems. There is no intercom to speak directly to the receptionist or how to control the air conditioning yourself.
