Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainWe visited the hotel as a couple and had the only room available due to a last minute cancellation which was great, however the double bed was two singles pushed together, would have made it just that more special if we had a normal double bed. Apart from that no further criticism. We loved it.
We really liked the location which was beautiful and the hotel was very clean. The staff were so polite in helping us to the parking over the phone late at night and the man in reception was so kind and attentive to our needs upon arrival. They also gave us drinks to take away with us the next day as we didn’t have a mini bar in our room and it was very warm. Thank you!

SwitzerlandThe bath/shower is a little bit outdated (but still very clean). It was a challenge to find a parking place (after unloading) as the village has a lot of oneway streets and the car's navigation system instructed to walk. However, as the village is not that big, within 4-5 minutes walk their are several parking lots.
The owners do their utmost best to ensure that their guests can enjoy their stay. The hotel is a village hotel -the expectations should be accordingly- in the beautiful village. The breakfast is "custom made" and we were pleasantly surprised by what was offered. The rooms are clean. The owners are very friendly.

GermanyBefore 08.00 you cannot have a coffee and my wife wanted a glass of wine after arrival you are obliged to take a whole bottle, after 2100 hours the nice atrium is closed which is a pity because having a drink there after dinner would be very nice.
Location is beautifull, Peralada is a nice and old little town, the hotel is integrated in a part of the old wall of the town with a beautifull atrium where you can sit and have a drink. Nearby public parking lot is only a 3 minutes walking from the hotel. We had dinner in Croaks Grill, only 5 minutes walking from the hotel and very good.
