To hard to open the main door on the street and the ac is not working properly. The ac in the hallway is colder that my room.

Aircon unit really loud outside the balcony door. Bathroom was tiny, you would have your knees under the sink if using the toilet and we're not even that tall. Also had to hold the shower head to have a shower, the holder was broken so wasn't sitting enough to hold the shower head over you when water pressure was on. Thought this should have brought the price down a lot!

Hotel was quite central. It's a pain having to go to another hotel to do check in which we didnt realise until we booked. The guy in reception was lovely. A key safe lock box would be a great idea and maybe send the pin number to the guest that booked.

No Refrigerator No Chair in room, had to sit on bed Main Enteance door from Street, difficult to open lock with key Very good shower, but shower unit small, glass door to shower was narrow, but okay for me, as I am slim build.

I arrived very early and the Lady at the Reception was lovely. She said it wasn't a problem, the room was ready and gave me the keys and direction's. Ten Hostel is 10 mins straight walk from Ryan's. A good marker is, there is a yellow Postbox for letters on the footoath beside 2 trees in black square Planters and in the middle a black square seat. To the left approx. 100 feet is Ten Hostel. My room was on the first floor, so no need to take the Elevator. The Room itself was a nice size, very clean and a view of part of a main road. The tv remote didn't work and the cleaning Lady was on duty. She rang the maintenance guy and he came within 15 mins, with a brand new one, it worked perfectly. In that short space of time, all three members of Staff I had met, were all very nice and helpful. I would stay here again, providing I had the same room or equivalent..

The check in time of 4pm was really inconvenient, the doorway to our room was also really small and my friend struggled to get her bag through the door.

Really noisy - bins being emptied right under the window Broken tiles on floor in room Checkin was 15 mins walk from were we stayed.

Location - near great cafes Size - nice to just sleep Great shower Coffee bed Had a balcony - but not private We had to check out but had a late flight - reception allowed us to shower before.our.fligh and store our bags.

Room smelled like cigarettes. Courtyard was small and surrounded by other rooms which looked in on you if you were sitting out there. Not much room inside to move around but good for a short stay. No fridge

There was a fair amount of other people’s hair in the shower, the shower door didn’t close properly, nor did the windows without a lot of force

Aircon was a godsend, I personally enjoyed hearing the tower bell at night! didn’t know the cleaners came every day with fresh towels and they always made the bed! So refreshing!

Too expensive for the room. It was clean, the staff was kind, but the room was really too basic and it was not really close to the port as it looked from the map. For the price we paid for one night, I expected a bit more.

It was in a smelly building no lights worked on the stairs. The outer door was not locked. They have packed about 10 apartments on one floor so they are tiny and you can hear every single movement from the neighbours. The check in was a 25 min walk away which was not fun with suitcases. Glad we only stayed one night.

After we picked up the key we couldn't open the front door so we called them and the guy was rude he said there is a problem with the locker so if you can't open it within 15 minutes call again. He didn't want to come and help us. The shower door is broken we couldn't use it properly as the water was coming to the floor. After the checkout, we left our bags and when we came to pick up the girl was rude and told us that our locker number was written by the previous receptionist so we should know it. This is the worst hotel I've ever been to.

Walls are paper thin, I was listening to people coughing up all sorts, shouting, playing music and it was all as if they were sitting next to me. It was gross. Earplusgs didn't help. The reception is a good 15 min walk away which I only found out after I pulled up in a taxi, when I called they said it was 5 mins walk so I dragged my suitcase there and back. Honestly probably one of the worst places I have stayed. Stay anywhere else.

Check in in a different property 12 minutes away from the building. Very small room and bathroom. Toilet under the sync and very small shower. Not good for big persons. The building is old, no doorman. Elevator working fine. Staff at the reception in a different property was very nice. The day we arrived I searched the property for same day prices and found out it would cost 35% of what I paid. For 200 Euros it is a ripoff, even for the very expensive Ibiza.

Not too much Only the air conditioning was quite noisy and the toilette little, but it was as expected by the description of the other guests

The communication was great, everything was well explained in advance (for instance how to check-in was not a surprise, explained before the reservation). The room is simple but correctly equipped. The proximity to the city center is very good.

The noise of the dust cart emptying the bins 1am 3am and 4am!! Very noisy under our terrace woke us every morning

Few major issues. 1- I got an email 7h after check in time saying we have to walk 20min to collect keys for the place which after traveling the whole day was not fun. 2-shower tray was terrible there is some major leak so every time we had a shower the bathroom floor got flooded and the water leaked into the room. 3- the front door key has to be put in half way for the key to work as if you put the key fully the lock won’t work.

Location was super good, very clean inside, super good water pressure in shower , good water temperate. Balcony was 10/10 for breakfast. Bedding was all super clean. Everything worked in the room perfectly. Super fast response from staff, friendly staff, super comfy bed, cleaner came daily.

Literally the only thing I could complain about is the lack of fridge

Was absolutely fabulous, great location, lovely balcony, spacious room, has exactly what you need for a weekend in Ibiza! Not to mention the staff were also exceptionally lovely

There is no reception, you have to trek across town to pick up the key, the rooms are smelly, sheets smell like fried food and sweat, the shower is tiny. Even if it’s the cheapest comparable option in Ibiza still not worth paying the money to stay here.

The location is in local streets with good cafes around. Nothing good about the accomodation.
