Separate bathroom to room makes it so hard to take showers or move around. The room door doesn't lock from the inside with a latch making it feel unsafe the key that you must return each time you leave makes it uncomfortable and unsafe for someone to access my room

Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, definitely a highlight of my trip! Overall, the hotel provides great value for the price and the efficient AC was a life-saver in the heat.

Location, Cleanliness, Security, Comfort. Staff. I stayed 5 nights and I liked the location as it was a walking distance to all the places I would like to visit in Seville. Plus, Naturanda, the travel agency where I booked my day tours were in the same street...practically a neighbor. There were breakfast bars, tapas bars and restaurants and a grocery store nearby. My room was simple and clean with an aircon which is very helpful specially in summer, a TV and the wifi is strong. I slept comfortably in my bed. The bathroom/toilet is small but perfect for my needs. For a solo traveler, security is important and I'd say this hostel has it. There is always someone at the reception desk who sees to it that who comes and goes are their guests. They can give information on where to eat, to find your way etc, They clean the room everyday even if it's not needed. They also granted my request for a room in a lower floor which I appreciate very much.

I wish they can put at least a water boiler in the rooms. Maybe a refrigerator (shared, in a common room or an angle in the reception) will be much help.

Charge for luggage storage after check out time. The room was very small but I think it was cost effective considering its location.

It’s really noisy, from both inside and outside. And a bit awkward to talk along the hallway to go my bathroom. I was greeted by quite an unfriendly woman at first, though the rest of the staff were very kind.

The front desk was manned 24/7.

The place is well located in the centre of town, the staff are friendly, and the hotel is very clean.

Rooms are small though to be expected - the main issue is the noise - singled-glazed windows so you can hear traffic and street noise clearly, as well as noise from hotel lobby - bring earplugs.

The mattress was not so comfortable and also did a lots of beautiful, but for the price I think it was good.

The room was small, so it’s more suitable for crashing at the end of the day, but it was clean did the job, so I can’t really complain.
