It was central to the areas we wanted to see. It was very close to good restaurants. The aircon was perfect for the scorching heat.

Everything, it’s a traditional Spanish hostel it’s basic but has everything you need, very clean and you get to meet a real person at reception/checkin.

Basic but clean. Friendly and helpful reception staff. They offer a discount for nearby car parking. Bed comfy,  shower good, aircon works well. There's a free kettle with tea and coffee in the lobby. Very good central city location. I would come here again.

There was a shared refrigerator that is on the smallish side, but worked well and not too full to be of use. It would have been nice to have a little kitchen area, at least a small sink with water and utensils. There was instant coffee available.

Good value in Centro, close to main shopping/nighttime promenade street. Staff was very nice and most spoke English very well. My single room with bath was tiny but cool, clean, and comfortable.

I found the check in experience a little bit difficult, there was lots of communication before hand about arrival time with a number of messages sent to me about this. Sometimes you don't know when you are going to arrive. When i got to the hotel it virtually had a manned reception the whole time i would check in anyway. When i did go to check in, i felt like the receptionist was in a bit of a rush to check people in and when i asked for a map, because someone was waiting it felt a little bit like i was being difficult. Shower was good, however the door did leak a litle bit.

The room was really comfortable, the shower was really good. The bed was also really comfortable and I slept really well on my one night here in Granada and I would visit again next time I am in Granada (I was unable to visit Alhambra!) The location was slightly outside the centre but only a short walk away which I often prefer so the Hotel is a little bit quieter. The balcony was a nice extra but it did open into a street. Also really good value for money for this hotel, there are shared facilities to make hot drinks in the morning and while i didnt use as i had a long walk to the bus station, that would have been welcomed if i stayed longer.

The property is city center located but in a quiet street which is great. The receptionists were very nice and helpful, they replied almost instantly to messages and the reception also has a luggage storage for before/after check out. The room was a good size, modern and it looked quite newly furnished. It was also extremely clean. On the ground floor there was also a kettle and a small tea/coffee station (free) and a fridge.

Great location, walking distance to the old town. Room was very pleasant and well maintained. The staff were amazing and very helpful, especially during the blackout that caught us there. We felt really safe and taken care of. I would definitely stay there again.
