Air conditioning and ventilation did not work. Not critical as we visited Alicante in April, but later it would be dramatic. No toilet brush. SPA requires hats, but does not have swimsuit centrifuges

There wasn’t an outside heated pool, even if the heating was only restricted to the colder months. The room whilst large was very tired and there was mould in the furniture.

The paddle board court was being refurbished and we had planned to play (something to entertain teenage boys). We chose hotel which stated they had a heated pool, but unfortunately this was in the spa only. An additional fee applied. The outside pool was freezing so we did feel we were miss old and this have been clearer on the search.

the AC is turned off over the winter times even if the temp is hot... the room was really noisy and the shower was so old and bad... not the worst hotel but I have some doubts about the four stars it states...

It was too hot. They don’t have AC until summer days but in Alicante even spring is hot, so they have the heater on and even when you turn it off is still hot inside the rooms.

The personal asked my credit card number “in case we damage something in the room”, I already paid for room on booking and I don’t really like the idea to give someone my credit card for any reasons

We only were here for overnight stop during our road trip. Room is big and have everything you need, free parking is a good bonus.

The receptionist who checked me out wasn't very friendly and I expected to be asked if everything was OK with my stay, didn't ask anything. The second thing was that they were refurbishing the room next door and were drilling at 8pm thankfully it lasted only 15 mins

We were not told prior to booking that the hotel had a policy of closing its bar and restaurant on Xmas eve. We were only told on arrival at check in that the restaurant was closing early without mention of the bar, we went out for a meal, returned expecting to enjoy a drink from the bar which was fully closed. Ruined our night... Xmas day we played golf to return to the hotel and managed a very quick drink as the bar was closing at 3.00pm. Never been in a hotel which operates this way...!!

The room was big, clean, quiet & the view was amazing. The breakfast was also very tasty, with a lot of options to choose from. The stuff from the reception was very nice & they helped with everything we needed. No complains.

The hotel although very clean, the rooms need some TLC. The electrics in the room were a potential death trap, tiles missing off the wall. Hotel was predominantly male guest, so not comfortable for myself and daughter to sit around the pool. A wedding on Saturday left us unable to use facilities. There seem to be lots of partying until 6am each morning from either hotel or nearby locations.

The area was out of the tourist area and a convenient location for beaches, Alicante and restaurants. Size of hotel room and balcony were amazing, plus views and cocktail barman was just the best.

There are only very few vegetarian options at breakfast and dinner - this should be looked at. We were told we are to tell at reservation and make a special request as if it is an allergy or handicap. The std food selection and quality is very good.

Nicely situated with pool and really nice palm garden. Hotel is spacious and well maintained but starting to get a bit outdated.

The sun loungers around the pool are extremely uncomfortable and need upgrading. The breakfast buffet is very basic.

Right on a golf course and easy 10 min walk to the most beautiful beach. It has a gorgeous pool and pool bar/ restaurant surrounded by palm trees- very picturesque. The staff are all really friendly and helpful.

Pool was short on sunbeds and wasnt able to accommodate the number of visitors, which was actually not that a lot. Pool was warm, but should have been be chill/refreshing during hot summer day
