No staff on arrival at around 6pm. Had to do an online check-in with a member of staff via video call. Felt a bit futuristic in a bad way!

It was a very modern hotel with comfortable room. Bed was comfortable. View over the town was fabulous. Nice breakfast buffet.

Bed were not very confortable and design of the room was quite disappointing. functional but not very inspiring knowing the potential of this place and view. Part of the hotel should be repaired a bit. (floor in the restaurant area)

The view is amazing on the balconny. Breakfast was complete and good price. Easy to park and staff very kind and helpfull

Perfect for overnight stay. Easy to find. Great and plenty of parking. Easy check-in via video call when we arrived. Breakfast and coffee very good. Easy and short walk to the medieval town, which is beautiful, but very quiet on a Saturday night at the end of May. Views from hotel are stunning and we were lucky the weather was great so we could sit on the hotel terrace looking over the town and Pyrenees.

Really close to the Town and has a great view. The breakfast was good and the check-in process is great. We arrived on December 31st, late in the afternoon, and we had someone available remotely to help with the check-in.

As nothing is perfect, I only found one detail, the noise from the neighboring rooms could be heard, thank goodness it was only the conversations.

I loved everything about this hotel, the location is perfect, 6 min walk to the village, nice place, the view from the balcony, the breakfast, the staff especially I thank Rebeca who gave me tips, places to visit and was very friendly, the place is stunning, it was worth every euro invested in my weekend getaway.

Booked back in December and offered evening meal. Apparently some time later the hotel was sold or taken over by Alda. Now evening meals are not available and no bar service for drinks. No communication to advise of changes. This needs to be rectified to offer on site services I would say to prevent losing business. I would not book again if these things were not offered.

Great view of Sos. Good size room with balcony. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Plenty parking. Lovely local medieval village to explore.

Sadly triskel is now owned by Alda which is a hotel chain. And I had to speak to a woman via a video screen which I found really off putting, especially as she kept getting cut off mid conversation. So I decided to just wait to see Estela and Rebecca. I also selected a double room with 2 beds but it strangely changed to a double bed which meant I had to share with my friend who is also male. Alda needs to firstly give the girls a decent pay rise and also get rid of the stupid video phone and stick to a face to face service.

Firstly I should mention we stayed here last year and it was flawless. This year I discovered that it's under new management. We were catered for by 2 lovely women, estel and Rebecca (I think I have Rebecca's name correct. As like last year both ladies gave a 5 star service. The breakfast was value for money and the room was very clean with fantastic views.

The bar and restaurant were only open for breakfast, so no food or drink available in the evening. There were no vending machines for drinks, so we had to go to the local store to buy some supplies, but there were no refrigerators in the room to keep things fresh and cool. This is a pity as the views from the terrace outside are very nice and it would have been great to have a drink from the bar and relax outside.

Very well located, just a few minutes walk to the historic centre of Sos del Rey Católico. Everything was very clean and the staff were very helpful and informative.

Room was really big but there should of been more storage space.

The Hotel is high up with fantastic views! Our room looked over to SOS del Rey Católico and the Pyrenees in the distance, it was absolutely fantastic! 5 -10 minutes and you were in the little village which is perched on top of a hill, delightful! Plentiful breakfast, looking out at the Mountains!

Would have been nice to have had a dinner option but I think they're working on it. The stray cats up in the town - there needs to be a sterilisation programme, as they scavenge and even drink from the residue of water left by the groundsmen of the town.

We've stayed here before and like the location; a five-minute walk to the town or a five-minute walk in the other direction to the swimming pool, so you get convenience without the noise. Excellent wi-fi in and around the Reception area but less so up in room 108 which was at the end of the corridor so only had one small neighbouring balcony. All first floor rooms have a small balcony with magnificent views over the surrounding plains. Great selection of foods and drinks for breakfasts but no lunch or dinner service - yet. After cleaning the room, the staff give it a short blast of muzzy spray, that'll keep the blighters at bay. Staff at Reception were exceptional and beds were the best we'd encountered on a month travelling around Spain.

While I was aware of the check-in times, it was still slightly jarring to see the hotel completely devoid of life when arriving in the (not very late) evening and only a single person on site in the morning. The automated check-in system, although easy to follow, felt impersonal. I understand the benefits of it, but would have personally wished for more human interaction.

The room itself was very clean and well furnished, with a comfortable bed. I didn't really get the chance to assess the location since it was only a one night's stay, but it was easy to find. The staff was exceptionally helpful and accomodating at checkout.

The outside area of the hotel was a little run down, felt it needed a little tlc.

Beautiful setting, the view from the terrace was spectacular! The receptionist was friendly and helpful, gave us information on where to eat and places of interest. Room was basic, but very clean and comfortable , again with a great view.
