Quite area, useful room, fantastic views to the cathedral. It is out of the centre but if you are by car, that's ok since the centre is difficult by car.

Quite a basic hotel that had bumped up its prices for the Dance World Cup. No onsite restaurant so a kettle and fridge in the room would have been useful or even access to an ice machine.

Clean air conditioned room. Available breakfast was small but adequate. Good location just a short walk to the cathedral and shops. Lovely view of the cathedral from our room.

The room was comfortable, and the location was convenient. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful. The view from the terrace was great.

We went at a time when the prices had been tripled due to a major event. There seemed to be a deli but it was never open.

Our room was on the 9th floor with a great view towards the cathedral, so no complaints there. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped. Beds we very soft and comfortable. We used the hotel parking which was good with easy access back up to the reception area. Staff were friendly, helpful and at least bi=lingual.

The room was very big and comfortable. Not to far from the center. Breakfast was ok but a bit dry.

Only the breakfast disaster.

Everything was good until I went for breakfast. The dining room was total chaos, there were only 2 waitresses and they were struggling. There were plates and dishes that had not been collected and people were looking for places to sit where the tables had been cleared and cleaned. When I eventually found a table, I put my breakfast and coffee there then realised I had forgotten something. When I returned to “my” table, all my breakfast items had been cleared before I had eaten anything and another couple were trying to sit there! There was no help or even method from the 2 waitresses. I did report this to Reception and the girls there made a note of it and the following day, sanity was restored and I had the breakfast that I should have had the day before.

Nice hotel with amazing views on the Burgos Catedral. Situated very close to the center. The room was quite big, the bathroom was clean, the staff was nice.

The hotel was great and comfortable. Rooms need to be remodeled just a bit because you can see the wear and tear of the passage of time.

As usual in Spain no kettle , or tea making facilities, no Iron or board. No safe. However we didn’t particularly need these for our 1 night stay.

Easy to locate by car, secure car parking underground, large parking spaces. The staff were exceptional and supplied the best price deal when we asked for breakfast & parking. The hotel location to the Cathedral was brilliant, just a 7 min walk. Close to local amenities. Comfortable beds.
