Quite area, useful room, fantastic views to the cathedral. It is out of the centre but if you are by car, that's ok since the centre is difficult by car.

Everything was correct.

The location was ok. The room was clean, full stop.

No air conditioning on a 34 degree day was dreadful, when asking to move rooms we were told that there were none with aircon working. We asked for a fan and told there were none, but we spotted a couple in boxes behind reception and asked for one. Didn’t sleep with noise from window open as on a busy main road. There are no rooms with a cathedral view as the top floors are no longer in use.

Excellent hotel

My experience at the hotel was mixed. On the positive side, the girls at the reception were extremely friendly and professional, which was a real plus. The room was very

clean, and the shower was convenient and pleasant. However, the mattress was too soft, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the breakfast was quite basic, poor selection and did not meet expectations.

Location It was quite modern

Air com was not very good and weather was hot. Very expensive . I don’t see why price varies so much just because of demand! There should be an upper limit or set cost. Robbery!!!!

Good location to stop off en route to Bilbao.

I booked and paid for room and breakfast, Reception states I had not paid for breakfast so I paid again. At breakfast they tried to charge me yet again.

Clean air conditioned room. Available breakfast was small but adequate. Good location just a short walk to the cathedral and shops. Lovely view of the cathedral from our room.

Quite a basic hotel that had bumped up its prices for the Dance World Cup. No onsite restaurant so a kettle and fridge in the room would have been useful or even access to an ice machine.

Car parking was difficult

The room was comfortable, and the location was convenient. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful. The view from the terrace was great.

The room was very small.

Lovely big room. Very helpful staff. Great shower. Quiet area.

We went at a time when the prices had been tripled due to a major event. There seemed to be a deli but it was never open.
