The whole personal was extraordinary really really nice and helpful. Kate at front office is a beautiful person helped a lot for us. The whole team of the restaurant kitchen and floor staff were also amazing and the whole team animation done an unforgettable vacation so thank you Indalo Park thank you Cathy Julio Calvin, sexy cheekymonkey, Carla Angelo, and everybody else I didn’t mention my name!!!

The pillows could be more comfortable and the pool could be deeper.

The room was nice, basic but clean. Very warm and felt stuffy, Air conditioning was not great, and the hairdryer was disappointing.

We had a lovely stay in Indalo Park, and it was a lovely touch to see that they sent a happy birthday message to our room with two chocolates and a free Cocktail at the bar. Location was excellent.

Everything was great, if I should say something, rooms might be a bit small for 3 people and no plugs close to the beds

Clean rooms and facilties, modern bathroom, good spacious shower, plenty of hangers in the closet, safe available at no additional cost, comfortable bed, quiet, family freindly, free parking area behind the hotel, welcome cocktails. Great breakfast with daily fresh juices and cava, no queues, good dinner buffet, also no queues, not having the feeling of a classic all-inklusive touristic hotel at the costa brava. Very friendly staff.

The swiming pool sun loungers and their availability. Perhaps it would be a better way to manage how the guests can use the loungers. During our stay if you don't have a towel, or one helpfully supplied by the hotel or lie on the loungers, you basically wouldn't have a loungers, because even before the pool opens, majority of them were already taken (indicated by placement of a towel). It was easy to still find many of them reserved with a bowl but no one on them even after lunch time, i.e., a lot of sun loungers being used for a tool to enjoy, until the guest finally arrives. One options would be If after an hour, the individual hasn't arrived, then the loungers should be freed up for others to enjoy & monitored by the staff.

Plenty food. We have breakfast and dinner included. The quality and quantity were great. If you haven't brought any towel the hotel can provided it to you by a refundable deposit fee. Plenty activities in the pool area with the "animation" staff. Staff were amazing, in particular on Reception desk, that solved any issues that could scratch our holidays.

I love everything,the rooms are spacious,there are two jacuzzi near the outside pool also and indoor pool, The breakfast was breathtaking! Too good to be true.there is a group of youths in charge of activities like games,rumba dance, etc it was all fun..i really had fun.

Such a beautiful resort hotel. Everything was so nice, the people, the room, the location. The breakfast was fantastic value with fresh fruit, eggs, pancakes, you name it, it was on offer. We also enjoyed the buffet style dinner. And they even have a special room for bicycles with a full assortment of tools, air pump and bike stand for repairs.

We arrived at the beginning of April. Even though it was pre-season, Santa Susana was bustling with life. Cafes, restaurants and shops welcomed guests, just like in the high season. The hotel is beautiful, with a beautiful garden full of the colours of the sun. The swimming pool inside, which we used every day, was clean and heated. The staff was very nice, especially the staff at the bar, where I had the best pinacolada in my life and at the restaurant. Special thanks go to Isabel, Maria Helena /makes the best omelette/ and Cristobal and Kate. The hotel is very clean, beautifully equipped, with great taste. We are currently booking a summer vacation for the whole family. I highly recommend it. A choice for everyone for breakfast and lunch.

Bed was not comfortable, and so the pillows, super hard. It was noisy, and we are not in high season, I can't imagine in summer... I would never go there
