Great location... Only 2 mins from amazing old town with Pintxos bars, beach and shopping close to hand. Easy to get in/out, as there wasn't staff for check in. I'd a small single room and it was perfect for my needs.

Unfortunately our air conditioning was not working properly (making a terrible noise). Not possible to fix while we were there. Discount on parking offered which did not seem adequate considering what we had paid for the accommodation.

The location was fantastic. It was a really lovely room although compact had everything we needed including a balcony looking out at the sea. The staff (Tatania), so helpful and friendly.

The best part of the hotel was the staff tbh, they are really nice and help in everything they can, they treat my well and helped me a lot letting me leave my bag in the hotel after checkout so I could’ve gone to the beach, really nice Staff!!

I would recommend this property but it would have been a 10 if there was black out curtains as the room got very light early and in general wasn’t very dark due to the tv standby and the illumination of the fire exit sign above door . I solved these by bringing an eye mask! So it was fine - some people don’t have sensitivity to sleep! Also the internal sound insulation is such you can hear a few internal sounds but only occasionally when guests are coming in / talking / using bathroom but after that I didn’t hear them and most people were outside or asleep and not in their rooms . So I a minor thing . I also thought a slightly larger fridge would help to be able to buy some milk and store a small bottle of water . The fridge was so tiny , I fit 2 small pieces of fruit . There is a kettle and mugs and two glasses in the bathroom. There was complementary sachets of coffee / tea for the first night only which I thought could be reprovided daily as a bit hard to buy small amounts travelling around . I would still stay here again as the view and location and comfort were amazing , just would be great to have these things too .

The location , the view / balcony were exceptional and there was very little noise from the outside. The bed was comfortable and the whole room and bathroom were clean. The lady managing it was very friendly and helpful - she allowed me to leave my luggage before check in and was available on WhatsApp . There are only a few rooms forming part of this pension which is located on the second floor of a building with other residences / uses . It’s easy walking distance to the old town and Gros. About 20 mins walking from bus station. I would love to stay again .

Spectacular location - minutes from the old town, but quiet. The view of the ocean was marvelous. It was lovely to fall asleep with a sea breeze and the sound of the waves. The room had a tiny fridge - just enought for a few cans of cold drinks!

Minor point but would have been good to have an additional vanity mirror for getting ready as the one in the wardrobe is slightly awkward, but nothing major!

The views were beautiful, and the room was nice and spacious. Location was so good, just round the corner from everything you needed! Staff were lovely and cleaned the room daily.

Walls were very thin, could hear everything in the room next door, not ideal when the occupants were up and showering before 6am

AC wasn't working

Amazing location, we could hear the waves from the sea and we were 2 minutes walk from all the restaurants. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful.

The air conditioning was hard to understand, it would come on during the day when we were out, but refuse to work at night when we needed some cooler air. At night the combination of TV standby light, aircon light, exit sign lights, etc made the room very bright so we had to wear eye patches to block the light. This is a common issue with almost every hotel we stayed in, so its not specific to this place, but just something we noticed in every place.

Location was excellent, close to the water and centre of the old town. Very clean, and nice to have a small balcony. Considering it faced out onto a plaza it was quiet.

Not a negative though parking is pretty tricky - none at the unit though Google takes you to the apartment where you can park temporarily in the area outside while you get your luggage in then you need to park elsewhere - we parked in underground paying carpark that was 10 min walk which wasn’t a problem as luggage already in the apartment.

Central location with great little balcony to look out over sea. Staff great and good communication. We loved San Sebastián and apartment convenient to beach, restaurants and sights. Don’t miss the funicular up the mountain and the 2 Euro boat ride!!!

Excellent location, easy to get to everything. The managers were really friendly and helpful. Check in was really easy. The views of the sea from the balcony were gorgeous, exactly as shown in the pictures - we really enjoyed being able to sit out and enjoy the view. Would definitely come back.
