The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. We spent every morning and evening watching the sea. It’s in a great location to reach all of the hot spots. The beds were very comfortable too!

nothing - perhaps a little pricey in high summer. but very unique & I would stay again.

We had a duvet on our bed with no duvet cover.i think this was very poor.

Excellent location, amazing view over the ocean, clean and quiet. Right on the edge of old town and easy to walk everywhere. Clear check in process.

Great location... Only 2 mins from amazing old town with Pintxos bars, beach and shopping close to hand. Easy to get in/out, as there wasn't staff for check in. I'd a small single room and it was perfect for my needs.

The location was fantastic. It was a really lovely room although compact had everything we needed including a balcony looking out at the sea. The staff (Tatania), so helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately our air conditioning was not working properly (making a terrible noise). Not possible to fix while we were there. Discount on parking offered which did not seem adequate considering what we had paid for the accommodation.

The best part of the hotel was the staff tbh, they are really nice and help in everything they can, they treat my well and helped me a lot letting me leave my bag in the hotel after checkout so I could’ve gone to the beach, really nice Staff!!

No functional fridge.

The location , the view / balcony were exceptional and there was very little noise from the outside. The bed was comfortable and the whole room and bathroom were clean. The lady managing it was very friendly and helpful - she allowed me to leave my luggage before check in and was available on WhatsApp . There are only a few rooms forming part of this pension which is located on the second floor of a building with other residences / uses . It’s easy walking distance to the old town and Gros. About 20 mins walking from bus station. I would love to stay again .

I would recommend this property but it would have been a 10 if there was black out curtains as the room got very light early and in general wasn’t very dark due to the tv standby and the illumination of the fire exit sign above door . I solved these by bringing an eye mask! So it was fine - some people don’t have sensitivity to sleep! Also the internal sound insulation is such you can hear a few internal sounds but only occasionally when guests are coming in / talking / using bathroom but after that I didn’t hear them and most people were outside or asleep and not in their rooms . So I a minor thing . I also thought a slightly larger fridge would help to be able to buy some milk and store a small bottle of water . The fridge was so tiny , I fit 2 small pieces of fruit . There is a kettle and mugs and two glasses in the bathroom. There was complementary sachets of coffee / tea for the first night only which I thought could be reprovided daily as a bit hard to buy small amounts travelling around . I would still stay here again as the view and location and comfort were amazing , just would be great to have these things too .

Location fantastic; tiny balcony but beautiful view and enough for 2 chairs. The pension and room are well thought-through and pleasantly designed. It is a nice place to get back to after a long day...

We missed parking facility

Spectacular location - minutes from the old town, but quiet. The view of the ocean was marvelous. It was lovely to fall asleep with a sea breeze and the sound of the waves. The room had a tiny fridge - just enought for a few cans of cold drinks!

The views were beautiful, and the room was nice and spacious. Location was so good, just round the corner from everything you needed! Staff were lovely and cleaned the room daily.

Minor point but would have been good to have an additional vanity mirror for getting ready as the one in the wardrobe is slightly awkward, but nothing major!

The location was perfect. The views were wonderful. The room service was excellent. It was perfect for sightseeing and eating, 'The Old Town'.

The toiletries could have been of a higher quality. It was a little expensive.

Location was excellent, staff were very good. We had a couple of issues on our first night but they were resolved quickly the next day.

Walls were very thin, could hear everything in the room next door, not ideal when the occupants were up and showering before 6am

The location, balcony and cost were fantastic and the place was spotless. So close to everything. The view from the balcony was great. There was a kettle and a smart TV and the shower was great. The room was cleaned every day.

The beds were not madly comfortable but the price was very fair. The towels could do with an update.

Amazing location, we could hear the waves from the sea and we were 2 minutes walk from all the restaurants. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful.
