It was nice, needs some updating, parasols were aged and broken. There was some mould on the kitchen roof by the window that needs addressing, Needs a good spruce but other than that a fantastic stay

No 24-hour reception. We had issues accessing property on arrival as the wrong code to access the property and, in correct telephone numbers, were on the booking.com app. When we went to speak to inform them, excuses were made. There is a security guard that hangs around the propertyif you can find them to show you to check you in.(non speaking english) Air conditioning in the apartment is not working. Photo shown. Out of order sign on unit. We opened windows to let air in but nosey due to work taking place across road and nikki beach parties. There are no signs around the apartments to direct you in the way of complex, so can be confusing once you arrive with no 24-hour reception. The pool didn't open until 11 a.m., which was strange too.

The pool bar staff were quite rude, arguing with each other. The apartment itself was ok but kitchen didn’t have much equipment.

The complex is stunning, the staff on the reception is amazingly polite. We loved the nature in the complex. It’s very big and has free parking. I was surprised that cleaning isn’t included in the price. The apartment was very big and clean it had all the facilities for our stay, but from the couches there was very bad smell, like they were washed and didn’t dried properly. There is one restaurant in the complex but it’s more like little bar. The food was average. The complex is beachfront but except Nikki Beach which was nearby, the rest of the beach was terrible.

Very lush and well maintained gardens, kids loved the tortoise pond, good size pool. Great location close to a very nice beach and lots of restaurant options close by.

The bed could have been a little better it was very low down of the floor. We paid for 2 clean and change of linens during our stay that was expensive.

Mosquitoes everywhere

The location it self was? beautiful, apartment was nice, but it smelled like mold when we walked in. Very close to Marbella and close to the Beach. Stuff was very helpful and friendly. Gave us amazing service!!

Out of date TV - fortunately we don’t often watch TV on holiday. Minimal basics like shampoo, soap, washing up liquid etc. - this seems standard for holiday lets in Marbella.

The apartment is a little tired compared with others we have stayed in.Both furniture and decoration could benefit from updating but overall it’s a nice apartment - it just needs a bit of investment. The key thing is that it was not that well equipped;only 2 mugs, limited cooking equipment. Also no cleaning material of any kind so we bought washing up liquid, surface cleaner, cloths and scourers plus microwable bowls.
