We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This is a rustic Hotel the host Franc was great, first time someone offered to carry our bags, he very friendly just couldn't do enough for us. Location situated on the main road in Les very quiet on the night, just a short stroll to the square to go and eat although there is a cafe bar next door. Room was large and clean plenty of storage, large bathroom with powerful shower. Parking was underground garage at the hotel perfect for motorcycles. Breakfast was served by Frank bread platter of Ham and cheese, orange juice teas and coffee with croissants very plentiful.
