Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We enjoyed out time at Hotel Kenia. Our room was on the 6th floor, beautiful view, clean, warm, quiet. The pool was great and it is free (you have to pay for the jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna). Breakfast and dinner were also good - also it is true that not many options for vegetarians, even less for vegans. It was close enough to the center. My 66 years old (young) Mother and my 4,5 years old (young) Daughter and of course I had an amazing time. Thank you!

United KingdomAlthough there was ski storage it was a long walk on the road or many steps to the lower part of the village for the gondala.I suggest hiring & storing ski kit at lower level.
Location was great, the staff were very friendly, nice bar area. The room was good, with tea & coffee making facilities. Big bathroom, powerful shower. We went half board & were not disappointed, the breakfast was very good, and the evening meal was superb. The salad bar was great, as was the soups and main meal choices, with gluten free options. For the price it exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We will be going back.

United KingdomPleasantly surprised with the view from the room, the room was spacious enough and kept very clean and tidy by the very polite, friendly and courteous staff. The staff at the reception were very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good and a choice for everyone. The only thing that maybe I would comment on is the kiddie night club Mango being very close and noisy at times but being on the 4th it wasn't too much of an issue although I could still hear it , I was too knackered to care. Car parking at the hotel is a plus as it can get busy in the centre.

The hotel was in a perfect location, with in walking distance to the bars, ski hire shops and gondolas. The staff were all very friendly. Lovely buffet breakfast and evening meal. The room was clean and tidy and had a fantastic view.

United KingdomThe breakfast was good but I would have liked more fresh options. At night it was occasionally noisy with drunks outside. The decor of the hotel is dated but it was kind of charming and reflects in the price. The pool is tiny and full of screaming children. There's a hefty charge to use the jacuzzi/sauna/steam. Would be nice to have that included. Overall though, I'd be happy to stay again.
