The room was without a coffee machine and a fridge, so I couldn’t drink anything until they opened the self service bar / dining hall.

Every single thing was fantastic! One of the best vacations I’ve ever had. Absolutely magical. The staff was very welcoming, great service, the food was amazing everything was organic and super tasty, the room was very big and cozy, the views were unbelievable. I recommend! Book the half board option because there’s nothing around and the food is really wow!

The view from our room was incredible, I could have sat there all day! The location is second to none, such a tranquil retreat. Great hikes leaving straight from the hotel. nice jacuzzi and pool area. we will definitely be back

The hotel breakfast is normal and that is the only thing i don't see it worth the price. The rest is awesome

We stayed in the studio with stunning views. The location is quiet, calm on the top of mountain perfectly to escape from the big city. We loved our staying there and definitely will come back. However, if you rent studio, highly recommend to make your own breakfast and chill on the terrace.

LOCATION! I have found this hotel by accident but it was a highlight of our trip. Views are amazing, you can enjoy it from your terrace having breakfast. Pool area was a nice thing included in the price. The atmosphere if the weather is good is amazing!

This family run apartment hotel is just wonderful to stay. I wished I had booked more nights instead of single night. The new wing which we stayed is very modern and deserve to be rated a five stars hotel. The view from hotel is breathtaking ( valleys, cliffs and surrounding mountains ). We can watch golden sunrise and sunset right from the hotel terrace. Their food is fantastic and of high quality. The hotel staff are friendly and provide excellent service.

What an astonishing location and superb views. Nice room with comfortable bathroom and terrace. Marvellous inside pool with jacuzzi. Great place if you enjoy the mountains and like walking. Half board is recommended as there is nothing nearby. Dinner was excellent!

Only watch out is that you might want to have some supplies with you as the hotel is up in the mountain and no shops around. However, there is a self service counter (at your own expense) with snacks and they also got me some ecological bread so I didn't have to go get it myself :)

Amazing views, food and the facilities were spot on and very clean. The staff is the cherry on the cake, from the reception to the girls in El Raconet, everyone was super friendly and advised on what to do to explore the area. We will recommend and will def come back!!

It was suggested that we helped ourselves to a cup of tea whilst waiting for check-in as everyone arrived at the same time. We were surprised to be charged for this. Not able to get an alcoholic drink prior to dinner.

The hotel is stunning with breathtaking views. Instructions on how to get there were excellent. The pool is fabulous. Dinner was a set meal and every course was delicious and unusual. Breakfast was huge and also delicious.

Only thing didn't like was Google Maps plotting to the hotel from Vic direction, approach from Tavertet direction definitely advisable unless you're in a 4x4. Nothing to do with the hotel at all,

Sensational location, beautiful walking trails, rooms, swimming pool, panoramic views all really special, and then the food wow! Highlight of our short Catalan tour. Also plenty of underground parking, even a campervan with horsebox on tow had plenty of room to manoeuvre.

The most fantastic location, beautiful and welcoming accomodation that fitted in a perfectly and sustainable manner with the surroundings. Very personalized attention from the start to the end of the magical experience that is being there. My partner and I both need specific food requirements which where respectfully met in a very attentive way, taking care of each detail. We were very impressed and would like to send a big thank you to the restaurant staff, specially to Mireia who took care of us and made us feel very comfortable. Also sending our appreciation to Beth and the rest of the staff we met there.
