We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IrelandA little worn in places particularly the the shower cubical, though the shower itself is great with lots of hot water and great pressure, Balcony could do with a spruse up and beds, particularly single beds are a little hard and could do with a memory foam topper.
Lovely apartment in a very traditional looking complex, homely with everything you need with a very comfortable balcony and the location cannot be better.

United KingdomBalcony very disappointing , no sun loungers no facilities for eating outside. The settee comfortable but not really suitable for outside use .. The hours at the swimming pool are ridiculous . I like to swim before breakfast and it didn’t open till 12 noon then closed from 3 pm till 5 pm ..best time of the day…. Although I loved it I must comment it was not suitable for non swimmers or children. No depth markings on the side of the pool.
Audrey was agreeable about checking in early. The apartment inside was lovely.

IrelandThe directions to the actual apartment were not good. It was very difficult to find the apartment itself. The toiletries were minimal. There was no sea view. The check out arrangements were not very good.

United KingdomSays sea view in description and thats not true - its an internal view. The pool was closed the whole of May when other pools were open so check before you book. It had a pest control problem with ants in the kitchen. They only provide one key and you need a key to get in AND out of the complex so you cant separate if you have a partner. The sofa was really uncomfortable with some bulging head rest thing.
Location and security. Easy walk to port. Nice Terrace. Good Aircon.
