We were travelling in 3 people, and had to book 2 Rooms. But honestly the room was big enough for adding a small third bad of armchair-bad. This would allow families to save some money.

Really a nice location in front of the beach. Super nice and helpful staff! Good breakfast also. Espasante is a little gem!

We loved our one night stay at Las Palomas. The room was exceptional, bright, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Our hosts who also managed the bar/restaurant downstairs were welcoming and friendly, speaking to us in English for which we were grateful. Las Palomas is a family run business, our hosts were the proud third generation of the family. We were introduced to other members of the family, including Dad. This made us feel very welcome in Espasante. We enjoyed our breakfast in the morning. Our bicycles were easily accommodated by our hosts.

If I could .. I would rate Las Palomas an 11 ! Such a nice and welcoming place. The room was clean, bright, and refreshing. The cafe was super good. Good food like you would make for your family. We very much look forward to staying here again.

There is some noise from the hallway and from the street. The wifi is not great.

Terrific location in the middle of a wonderful charming little town. Room and bathroom were clean and cozy. The breakfast is basic but very good. The staff were very diligent at finding someone to translate when our basic Spanish was not sufficient.

There is a restaurant and bar on the premises that closes around midnight. Great if you want to go out, not so good for early nights.

Incredible location between two fabulously scenic beaches which were both about a minute's walk away. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, and it was handy to have the bar downstairs, although there were also plenty of other bars and eating places in the area. Our room was very clean, a good size and very quiet, despite being in a lively part of this little seaside town. Breakfast was excellent, tasty and plentiful. Really enjoyed the three days we spent here.

The hotel is on the street with its own bar/restaurant so being Spain where they eat and drink late, the street noise below our window went on until midnight.

Great location near beaches, bars and has its own restaurant as well as others nearby. Lovely bright room , all looks brand new. Staff were great , all very helpful. Breakfast was great as was the dinner we had there one night.

There was nothing not to like

The location was great, staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was modern and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was nice and there was good internet. The accommodation has its own bar and restaurant and 2 min walk to the beach.

The room was sunny, spacious, and beautiful. The beds were super comfortable. Great shower. Everything very clean. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was generous and delicious and the coffee was amazing. It would be so cool if we could come back someday.

Loved this place. I was there in winter but blessed with beautiful sunny days for hiking on trails with few people. Espasante itself is a beautiful town with a port on one side and lovely beaches on the other. The hotel has been a family run business for generations and it shows in the care they take. The mum is also a keen walker and gave me advice on how to make the most of the great hiking in the area from O Baqueiro back to Espasante and then from Carino to Cape Ortegal and San Andreas de Texeira. Highly recommend both hikes. My hosts gave me directions to take for buses and arranged for Feliciano (local taxi driver) to pick me up at the trail end. Feliciano I can also recommend. Really nice and insisted on a side trip on the way back to see the view from Mirador de Miranda. Magnificent 360 views. The son and daughter run the business during the day and both are really nice, fluent english speakers (which helped a lot given my limited Spanish). I understand they are very busy during the summer but my winter visit was fabulous. The room was simple but clean and warm. No complaints.
