1- the smell of Madrid sewage in some of the rooms !!! I know it’s normal in some places in Europe but this is the thing I didn’t like.

1- It’s modern, clean, relaxing and cosy place to stay. 2- the room Key, reception, services, parking and everything you need is in a special phone App.

Our room had a problem that we saw at the end of our first day of visit. There was no reception, everything was activated electronically, I also downloaded their application but I do not want to add applications to my phone just to access rooms. The main entrance of the building could not be unlocked using the phone, you had to put the 8 digit code every time. Perhaps older people will have a problem with all this automation. The breakfast was rather poor in a nearby cafe.

There was a problem with our room and the personel reacted very well and solved the issue the following day. The location was also very good, close to 2 metro stations you could easily reach places of interest.

Sofa bed good for kids but not that comfortable for adults needing more support in mattress.

Modern decor, clean, convenient check in and check out, free luggage lockers for last day while waiting for flight, easy 2-3 streets walk to subway and busses, lots of restaurants and a supermarket close by. Good wifi. Clear instructions for sofabed, internet, checkin etc, everything very clear and easy.

The air con only was only works at certain times of the year- it was on winter mode so it was warm in the room. Windows open but there is then some noise from the traffic below.

In a lovely area with great parks nearby. Good access to metro stations. The apartment was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The staff were helpful and responded very quickly on WhatsApp. Checking in and out was easy and it was great to have the luggage store. Highly recommend.

My room is 701，air condition did not work，just did only one time. There was rain and rain，cold and wet when I was in madrid.

Location is good，chamberi is a nice、safe area in madrid. Staffs are nice，they are always online if you need any help. Also the clean set to be ready in the kitchen，that is so sweet.

If you have small children book transfers in advance from the airport as most of the drivers do not offer car seats for children and refuse to pick you up. We tried to book with the apartments but it took too long to get a confirmation so we opted out.

The apartment was perfect, clean, comfortable and fully equipped. We travelled with two small children and we found everything we needed. The location is perfect, near metro, shops, plenty of restaurants and cultural spots. Easy check in, many options to acquire other services, overall wonderful stay.

The apartment may be a bit noisy but with windows closed it is fine.

The apartment is very nice and very well organised, good value for money. I liked that the bed is to fold and it is very easy to open and close but also super comfortable, it has a very good mattress and pillows and can be left open as it doesn't take a lot of space, the room is big enough. Despite the apartment is a studio, there is all you may need for your stay, a nice corridor, a closet, safety box, nice furniture and all equipment in the kitchen. All is very well kept and brand new. You will find a kit for cleaning also the soap for the washing machine which is also a drier.

I didn't like the fact that the apartment only had 1 toilet, I didn't pay attention to that when booking because nowadays it's not normal to have 1 toilet in a 2 bedroom apartment, and one of the rooms had a very strange odor.

The place is very well located, the facilities are very comfy, it is very clean, it has 2 elevators, so you don't have to wait long, it's very easy to have access via the facility app.
