1- It’s modern, clean, relaxing and cosy place to stay. 2- the room Key, reception, services, parking and everything you need is in a special phone App.

1- the smell of Madrid sewage in some of the rooms !!! I know it’s normal in some places in Europe but this is the thing I didn’t like.

Nice clean appearance. With nice facilities. A bigger master bed would be nice! Welcome package was nice touch. Cleaner was so nice.

Not happy about how far parking was! There is a car park so close to the hotel for same price. Yet you want your customers to walk for 7minutes! This is not helpful when you have young children. Also we have to wait for you to respond about availability so you take our money and we don’t even know if you are going to say yes or no. Then we pay for street parking then we find a car park right next to the hotel. But you don’t refund us! This is no way to treat your customers. Also my phone battery died. So I couldn’t get in the complex. It was late at night and I was stuck with no way to gain entry. I was very lucky someone came out so I could get in. After this experience I definitely would like the option of a key!

Room adjacent to us blasting out music all night,shouting,banging doors and filling the corridor with a smell of cannabis

Good location, very clean and modern apartment. Prefect locker facilities after leaving, it's free.

Balcony would be good

There was a problem with our room and the personel reacted very well and solved the issue the following day. The location was also very good, close to 2 metro stations you could easily reach places of interest.

Our room had a problem that we saw at the end of our first day of visit. There was no reception, everything was activated electronically, I also downloaded their application but I do not want to add applications to my phone just to access rooms. The main entrance of the building could not be unlocked using the phone, you had to put the 8 digit code every time. Perhaps older people will have a problem with all this automation. The breakfast was rather poor in a nearby cafe.

The staff was great and always available

The apartment is located in an amazing and quiet area, we got swift replies from the staff on everything we asked. The apartment is clean and adequately spaced for a family.

The bedding is uncomfortable and needs to be of better quality.

Received key code before arrival

breakfast was hopeless. menu can not be more narrow. one day they open half hour later, second day they run out of orranges and croissants, so only water and toast is served…. just bad joke.

Welcome pack with water/tea/coffee capsules and corkscrew in the room would add even more comfort :)

Rooms was good size and nice.

Noise from the lobby and corridors until late (there were kids screaming), the door seem to not insulate noise, and lack of Reception doesn't help. Though paid, I could not profit from breakfast at a near caffé as they serve food from 9am, and I had to have breakfast earlier than 9..

It was in a great location. Marie Claire was amazing. She was very attentive and kind. She made our stay at Libere wonderful.

Bathroom is a bit poorly designed so water was everywhere

Modern decor, clean, convenient check in and check out, free luggage lockers for last day while waiting for flight, easy 2-3 streets walk to subway and busses, lots of restaurants and a supermarket close by. Good wifi. Clear instructions for sofabed, internet, checkin etc, everything very clear and easy.

Sofa bed good for kids but not that comfortable for adults needing more support in mattress.
