We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

This was the perfect villa for a family of 5/6. Everything was in order from start to finish. Easy/safe access. Rooms were clean, light and airy. Air conditioning was perfect. Pool clean & good size. Villa was in a great location too, just 10 mins from vibrant town with lots of restaurants to choose from.

The property was in a fantastic location with a flat ten minute walk to the beach and town centre. The villa had everything we needed to enjoy our family holiday. It was clean and modern with a lovely swimming pool. The air conditioning was a welcome relief in the evenings, and having WiFi is always an added bonus.

United KingdomThe outside space had not been cleaned on arrival. There were no spare sheets for us to change beds and the towels were average size. 2 guests had to buy towels to use for the shower. We also bought tall glasses as there were only small water glasses or wine glasses. There were 2 umbrellas but one was a bit rusty and had holes. They could do with another sun umbrella and also a cool bag to do your shopping.
The 10 minute walk to town was ideal, and the location was quiet and private. The air con was very good and the outside space was spacious for 5 of us. The outside shutters provided security but also made the rooms very dark at night so slept well. The beds were comfortable. The staff were available and answered messages within a day. The TV provided many channels including YouTube which we used occasionally for quiz nights. I would stay again but with 6 guests to make it better value for money.

This was our second visit to villa Ampolla and it didn’t disappoint. So close to the town, great pool and very comfortable. A home from home. Great communication from Costa carpe diem too.

United KingdomThe beds were very uncomfortable, and no fitted sheet so the sheet kept coming off the bed. The pillows were also not very comfortable. The bathrooms needed a deep clean to get rid of limescale, a funny damp smell in the garage and the bedroom drawers when you opened them. Other than that it was lovely.
We did really like the villa and the location was perfect, literally 10 minutes to the beach and 12 minutes to the main town (although there are shops and bars slightly nearer) There were minor issues that did not affect our stay. The villa was well equipped, lots of storage, and we felt safe there.
