We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

PolandOnly 1 toilet paper in each toilet, not even 1 more in reserve. No paper towel, no garbage bags. Small things, but would make our stay more comfortable :)
Nice, brand new, spacious apartment located in a quiet area. Everything new and clean. Check in and check out was easy. Good restaurants ver close. Good place to relax with family or friends.

SpainThere was no tv remote in the apartment so we could not watch tv when we came in at night. We reported this to the office but there was nothing they could do except report this to the owner. The apartment was overlooking a building site as more apartments are being built. Fortunately this only affected us on the Monday morning as the other days were holidays. On Monday morning at 7am we were awakened to the sound of pile drivers and grinders. Luckily we were leaving that morning so didn’t bother us too much but I am sure if anyone is staying for 2 weeks vacation then this will be an issue.
Guillem who met us on arrival was brilliant. Very pleasant, very efficient and an asset to the team. The apartment was very clean & very modern with everything necessary for a long weekend away.

We had to throw a lot away which I felt would have benefitted the next traveller The outdoor seating was a little deprecated with some cushions missing but this did not detract from us enjoying the outdoor area We were looking for las azenucas but found we were staying in las azealas. So information received prior to getting there was confusing. We also went to the address given and this meant we had a long walk back to the office in the midday heat to pick up keys to the property
Fabulous location. Felt very safe loved the rooms and apartment. The outdoor area (patio) was great for the children. Enclosed and we felt the children were safe Everyone on the complex was very friendly always saying hello / good morning etc very welcoming Air con was so refreshing a must,

SwitzerlandWe received several automatically generated communications in Spanish from renting company despite the fact that booking was done in English. Apartment was quite dusty- it looks like it was perhaps cleaned after previous occupancy that happened some weeks/months before but it was not dusted before we rented it. Complex is not finished yet- we were in the middle of the construction site.
Apartment was nice and comfortable. We liked Mar de Pulpi complex. It has nice green areas, communal swimming pool and it is closed to beach.

No kettle and not enough duvets we were cold . I paid for 2 rooms and only one room was made up when I spoke to agent she said because only my husband and I but what if we wanted guest to stay and there would have been sn extra duvet so that we would not have been cold a night. We found pieces of pasta not cleaned from cooker snd dust. When I rented before at casa cox it was all made up and lots of kitchen stuff. Very disappointed really shame.

United KingdomIt's a scam!!! My family and I stayed in the apartment for 4 nights. They look for people to pay the refurbishment bill for their broken property. They trick you into paying a deposit for the key, and then they won't return it, fabricating lies that you caused damage to the property. SCAMMERS!!!

United KingdomWe stayed in apartment 132. Whilst the furniture inside was relatively new ,the place appeared spartan, lacking many of the things we've come to expect in rental accommodation. There was no kettle, the cooking implements were the bare minimum. There was no furniture on the balcony, so a pre dinner drink or post dinner nightcap was impossible. This was just one of a thousand identical apartments with more being built in several blocks.
