We’re sorry to hear that the room did not meet your expectations in terms of the view. All of our rooms are classified as “Premium” due to the comfort, amenities, and features they offer. Within this category, we offer different room types with varying views — including garden, partial sea view, and full sea view — each at a different rate. As for the beach, we completely understand that it felt crowded during your stay. Being a Saturday in August — the height of the summer season here on the Costa Brava — the beach naturally experiences high visitor numbers. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back during a quieter time of year for a more relaxing experience.
