We spoke to this client privately, given that there were no issues during the stay, nor when we met them, or when we wrote to them if everything was okay during their stay, we were baffled when we read this review, as none of this issues were brought up during the stay. We check each apartment upon the client's entry and exit, and we see them in person. Neither before nor after did we find anything mentioned, and we would be very surprised if something worthy of such a rating was not mentioned to us. We could have told you, for example, where there were extra towels and sheets for the third person. As for noise, we have already made many references to it, both on the page and in our comments, we must not forget that it is in the heart of a city full of life, although of course the apartment is equipped for it and in most of the times it is enough for a quiet rest. When we spoke to them, they revealed that they were just looking for a compensation from booking, which did not surprise us. Such behavior should be condemned by the platform, as it does not help the clients nor the stablishments that there are people like this trying to slander one's reputation by lying looking for a cheaper vacation.
