The place is close to everything, the house is comfortable, and you can go in and out freely. The lady🤗 at the reception is wonderful and helpful, and the service is excellent. We will definitely be back soon.

The neighbour's were a bit noisy on my celing-they were one floor above me.

The mattress was hard and bed was making noise with little movement.

Second part of our stay has been negatively influenced by very noisy teenage guests who did not observe nighly quiet hours between midnight and 08:00, we did not get any normal sleep for several nights . We tried to talk to these people but it did not help. As there is no staff at the reception durig the night, no one was able to help us. When we complained in the morning they did talk to these guests (not helped either, the next night was similar). The reception then recommended to us to call the police if it gets bad. The warm jacuzzi was not working as advertised - cold water only. No elevators in the building, lots of walking up and down the stairs to get into the apartment, people with health issues should take this into consideration.

Spacious and clean apartment with all the appliances and furnisnings which were listed at the time of booking. Convenient location in a quiet part of town, with shopping and a few restaurants in walking distance. Friendly staff at the reception. Several nice beaches in the town - getting there requires a car, however, or about 20 minutes' walk.

Very helpful staff. Also comfortable apartments, well stocked with all necessary equipment. If self catering very handy for local supermarkets. Very close to activities like skydiving, wave park and indoor sky park.

The queen bed is extremely hard, needs more kitchen utensils, the pool shower didn't work, and the lounge chairs were mostly broken, and a family of 4 needs more than 1 key.

It is spacious, the furniture looks new and tasteful and the air-conditioning works great, having a dishwasher and washing machine made the family vacation much more convenient.

NOTE: unlike some of the pictures on trip advisor or elsewhere, there is NO fitness center (not sure if this was advertised). There are some public free fitness equipment along the beach (bike, eliptical, etc which are great) but there is nothing at the hotel.

very clean, nice rooms, balcony, very close to shopping centers. it is about 30 min walk to the beach, but it is easy to get there by car with plenty of parking at the beach. We prefer to stay a bit further from the beach, in this quieter area. The ppol was well appreciated.

You need to take stairs to access the apartment. Washing machine doorlock/handle was missing. No dishwasher in the kitchen. We could clearly hear the people in the apartments around ours. Some people stayed late outside were noisy. Only 1 AC located in the living room. Swimming pool was cold.

Friendly staff at check in. Appartement was quite spacious. Location close to supermarkets. Free parking in the vicinity.

The building and apartment were old and need updating. The view was not great, just of another building. There were no elevators so we had to carry our bags up a few flights of stairs. The sofa bed was uncomfortable.

The lady at reception was very friendly and the apartment was quite spacious and quiet.

There were no fans on the rooms, the aircondition doesn’t reach the bedrooms even if the doors to the bedroom were left open.

We liked everything in the property, only downside was it was hot in the bedrooms.

I didnt like that the bedrooms didnt have air-conditioning however Agnes was so good to leave a fan in our apartment.

We liked how spacious our apartment was. We loved our big shower and all of the clean towels. Bed linen and pillows were lovely as well as were the comforters in our beds. We liked having lidyl beside us and the lovely restaurant below. We loved how friendly Agnes and Kelly were and so helpful.
