Pool a little crowded at times but to be expected in peak season

Apartments were clean and well maintained, location was ideal for our needs. Short walk to the beach or into the town, parking (paid) was useful as parking in Tossa is difficult and expensive.

I enjoy cooking occasionally during vacation since eating out all the time can be tiring. The kitchen in the room was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils. However, it would have been helpful if they provided very basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, or olive oil, especially since these items aren’t sold in small quantities nearby. Buying them just for a short stay is inconvenient, as we end up having to leave or throw them away.

The room was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect too. Good quality soap, shampoo and shower gel was available.

Really enjoyed our stay. All the staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. The whole complex was very clean, comfortable beds, everything we needed was in the apartments. Continental breakfast was lovely, plenty of everything. About 5 to 7 mins walk to the beach front.

The pool on the really hot days was a bit cramped. But they have a tight space which they have done the best they can with.

Everything really the location was very good, it’s not right by the beach but neither are many hotels. Reception staff are very friendly and very helpful. Top marks there. There is the bar to the left of the main entrance like 2 mins walk away if even is just lovely fantastic food great value drinks friendly staff

A few times we would have liked to come back and have a drink by the pool, but the bar closed about 8, perhaps it may have opened longer previously but maybe not viable

We were a party of 12 (6 x couples), we were all put on the same floor, we were really pleased with our accommodation it was extremely spacious along with plenty of space/shelves, fabulous shower, quiet and spotless clean, plenty of furnishings, all the staff were so helpful and friendly, great stay

The hotel next door is very load with music during the day time. Buffet breakfast was fairly minimal.

Spacious rooms, we were pleased that after being assigned a room on the ground floor that upon request we were moved to a room on the 5th floor with a balcony. The hotel has games and pool table (all with a cost). 7 min walk to beach.

Quiet, just outside busier area but within 10 minutes walk of everything. Apartment was nice, air conditioning, WiFi all worked well. Games room with table tennis table, nice little pool outside. Seemed like a well run establishment, would stay again. Great pizza in restaurant.

The breakfast. They offer a optional breakfast, but unfortunatly, the bacon and eggs where not included. For that price (its cheap, but not that cheap) it should be included. Also the room next to us, accomodated a group of men, which made a lot of noice in the late evenings (after 22:30) The hotel offers a sign that people have to be quiet during the night, so guests (especially with little kids) can have a good night sleep. My suggestion is that the staff police/checks more on this. During our stay, the cleaningstaff didn't cleaned our room properly. We never had our bed sheets changed/made up during our stay there. Not a big problem, but something I noticed.

Its a quiet and clean hotel with friendly staff and all the services you need for a good holiday. Good coffee, nice pool and great for families with kids. Next to the hotel, there is a big playground for kids. Our 5year old loved it. The modern kitchen inside the room was great and well equiped. We enjoyed the hotel a lot. The centre of tossa and the beach is a short 10 minute walk. Its a calm, safe, peaceful Catalan town with very friendly locals. If we are coming back to Tossa, we might stay in Esmeraldas again. However, there are some (small) improvements they can make to make the experience even better.
